If the creator's of the RE4 and Dead space remake read this, please keep working. Your passion is noticed and many fans would support your work. They looked beautiful.

I think a ps1 mode version of Resi 7 or 8 would be great as a bonus extra for completing the game or for succeeding in doing certain tasks within the main game.

Resident evil as a top down survival horror shooter would be pretty cool, and then have jumpscares in the cutscenes

Honestly the last of us made in Syphon Filter style makes more sense than Metal Gear.

i also think syphon filter but syphon filter have a lot of jittery and the pixel cube is much heavier so its more close to metal gear solid

It's wild that the Bloodborne psx demake is the closest we'll ever get to a pc port of the game lmao. I've played it and was impressed

@@toasty3719 when I played it, it was a shorter demo but from this video it looks like it's more complete. It was only past the first boss when I played. I think you fought the one guy in the cemetery but I forgot

I'd anybody wants to see demakes they should look at the Nintendo DS and even Gameboy Advance. Its very cool seeing how it looked different from other consoles but what amazed me was the fact that it even ran on a Nintendo DS or GBA. Even if some had a poor framerate it's still impressive seeing them on that hardware

They look awesome. I'd love to see until dawn or alien isolation. 98Demake does some really cool ones like assassins creed, uncharted and even fallout new Vegas for the game boy.

A little while following this, we got a Dead Space demake using the over the shoulder perspective. And if that is what it woulda looked like back in the 90s, it'd be damn revolutionary.

The animation of the game demakes from 64bits is really good and amazing, but it's a shame it's just an animation, I think it's great if someone makes the game, hehe.. Btw nice video bro, great content!! 👍

That God of war demake can't be done on PS1. It's closer to PS2 if anything, especially with 60fps. I think only resident evil 4 and 7 can technically be done on PS1.

I love demakes but people don't make them like they used to. I'm seeing a lot more advanced lighting and textures lately that take the heart out of it all

That is because "modern demakes" aren't demakes, they didn't use the limited hardware, they just make a game with modern hardware that look like a ps1 game. Basically, they are just bad modern games with a ps1 texture pack.

Deas By Daylight is way too advanced. The lighting, shadows and textures are way too rich. I like them to be believable.

We need a metal gear rising demake!

This should have just been called “top demakes” because most of them look more like old PC or N64 games than PS1. Part of the reason is the lack of texture distortion that gave PS1 games that signature look.

I'm playing RE4 for the first time and boy is it strange feeling. Since I've really only played the newer third person titles, the controls just feel so off for me. I'm trying to use the mouse to look around, but then I die lol

With how old the movement/camera feels, especially compared to newer titles. The controller might translate better, here's to hoping lol I dunno maybe I'm just weird for thinking the movement/camera feels weird lol

Legit thought the Bloodbourne demake was Nightmare Creatures for a second. One to check out if you like the looks of this :)

Me and some friends recently played a Breath of Fire 4 style JRPG Demake of God of War 2018 and it was awesome we even did our own fandubs and let's just say my Kratos sounded like a Christopher Judge impression that landed in the bad that it's funny category.

Interesting that they had done the God of War Demake on the base of Breath of Fire 4 😃

Before I started watching this video I was thinking of all the games that I should be on this list and I was so surprised to find out that most of the games on this list were games that I thought of and it's like this video was reading my mind😂😂

I forgot how freaky those RE1 sound effects really are!

You should’ve mentioned the Fortnite demake by BlobVanDam. I absolutely love the attention to detail in that video! And I’m not even a huge fan of Fortnite! 😂

these would be much more impressive on the ps2 or og xbox, they'd come even closer but with lower graphics and resolution. it'd be similar to running the lowest modern version but turned down a bit.

in fact if it has a pc version you could get a very similar feel with a pc (by turning things down and/or running on a lower than recommended specs pc with coding that will work (plus some tricks)

It might be interesting to see Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter, and Sly Cooper get a PS1 Demake. For a non Sony IP Demake, I'd say Valkyria Chronicles 1.

I think a DEAD BY DAYLIGHT DEMAKE should be a splitscreen 4 players game with multitap or even better, an 8 players game using 2 Playstation 1 classic consoles linked , each one with multitap.

The Bloodborn demake is just Nightmare Creatures.

I dare to say that many of these would probably be as much fun to play

Yes it would. 80% of ROM space is graphics. Lowered graphics means much more space on the rom to program actions and behaviors. These games absolutely could be done on the PS1 as long as the resolution is capped.

Never seen cyberpunk run so smooth

low poly and pixel games test creators to push the boundaries of creativity and craft in this style, the best thing about it is it has low budget for talented indie devs, and it just take very low processing power for budget gamers, i can play a great full fledge creative original 2d or 3d game made in low poly or pixel with my weak pc and probably in my mobile device, this trends needs to be keep popularizing more and more

I modeled the Killer in the Dead By Daylight demake. I don't know if I should be proud or embarrassed. I like that model... but I'm so much better now. Lol!

I think I speak for all of us when I say that I want a PS1 Demake of Resident Evil Village. Mostly because I'm curious about Low-Poly Lady Dimitrescu's appearance.

There’s a game for the PS1 called Nightmare Creatures. It’s got a very similar setting to Bloodborne. Never played it myself but it looks really cool.
