I am redoing my bedroom and I am getting the Lommarp Desk. (I think that is how you spell it not sure tho.) I am debating between the black or the white. They are both great colors. I think what drew me to it was the hardware.

I love ikea!!! But I don’t like dealing with snarky comments from family that think IKEA is low end. “Oh is this IKEA too?”. Yes it is!!!! Lol

FÄRLÖV would be perfect for my spare room. The room is small, and used for some storage. The fact this is a couch that doubles as a bed would be perfect for a multi-functional room. Thanks !

I have a PAX wardrobe in every single room of my apartment (except kitchen and bathroom). I love that I managed to create a built in book shelves out of it in my living room that have beautiful lighting and Tyssedal glass doors look absolutely stunning! Also, I have to look for that black cutlery - it’s gorgeous!

Kristen great video as always. I will say that I've never really been a big fan of ikea but after watching your videos, I have purchased a few decor and outdoor pieces. I actually have a similiar linen blend sofa like that that I purchased on sale from American Signature furniture. This higher end IKEA line is nice. I did actually purchase two brand new billy bookcases this weekend from the thrift store for $15 each. I'm using them for my shoes and handbags. My fave pieces were the jute rug and mirror.

Aloha Kristen! IKEA saved my buns. LOL When the economy tanked, years ago I was forced to sell my home and business, lost a lot of money...sad story short...I moved in with daughter and son-in-law making my new home in their tiny mother-in-law. To furnish it, I shopped IKEA and found some fabulous items at a price I could afford, along with some thrift store shopping. I am ready now to let go of my L-shape couch and buy that very tempting hide-a-bed you showed us. Perfect. And another great price. Thanks so much. :)

Thank you for the video! I love Ikea, and Ribba comes up a lot in your videos. I’ve been shopping at Ikea for a LONG time. Ribba frames do not last. The closure tabs break easily and the frames fall apart. You end up paying more in the long run!!

Kristen, I love your style your design tips and the way you present the info!! Kudos to you!! 👏🏻 👏🏻. I have a question: I love designing my spaces (my house) but love a range of styles, and fall in love with items, which make me design around them. I do a good job designing the same room, but because I like different objects and styles, and pick one for the space, I have a hard time achieving a cohesive look throughout the house. Any advice or guidance on this would be appreciated!

I will buy the black and glass shelves and the oblong mirror! I would use the shelves as a room divider making my livingroom more private from the entryway without feeling claustrophobic!

We installed the pax system in our bedroom Just one entire wall with the frosted glass doors and I kid you not No one even suspected they r IKEA and thought we had built ins but I absolutely love telling them they intact are IKEA!

It kind of dissolves and the little broken off fibres get stuck in all your clothes forever. I wouldn't recommend buying it.

I think that dining table looked 100% IKEA. I had a solid table made from antique wood. It's a refectory type concept in a simple Ming style. I chose benches so that I can seat 14 for dinner parties and Christmas. I use the end benches which seat 2 people at each end of the table as stand alone benches elsewhere in my home. Is a way of connecting my home in style.

I would do a large round one! These oval mirrors would be better on top of something lower like a night stand! :)
