Can you just upload all the videos next time in intervals instead of a waiting 2/3 days to watch. Drives me mad when youtubers do that.

What car is no 36?

Skilled drone use has done a lot for the coverage of the races. The hover shots and chase shots really show of the might of the cars and get the viewer more in line with the racing.

Agree and I just love the camera pans along the distant back straightaway. Cars appear so correctly period against the green background. Stunning.

Thank you for posting all these wonderful spectacles of speed we no longer have these events on television in America... It's such a fun and refreshing diversion!

I worked Can Am at Bridgehampton, L.I., NY back in 67-68. I enjoyed watching familiar cars. Great race.

The Ford GT40 is a beautiful car!

They are perhaps the most beautiful race cars ever designed though I liked the GT 40 MK IV version the best. That is the model which won Ford their 2nd LeMans in a row in 67. Driven by Foyt and Gurney, it was an all American design, a completely different car from the MK I MK II and MK III models. It only ran the 1 year before Ford pulled out completely. Derived from the experimental J car in which Ken Miles was killed during testing a few months after Ford's 1st win at LeMans. The car became airborne and disintegrated upon impact. Miles was killed instantly.

Nice to see these expensive vintage cars being used rather than sitting in a garage.

You can't flash a lola t70 across my feed on a Friday night and then tell me I have to wait 42hrs to watch it. That's like me showing you a picture of the only complete and running Bocar Stiletto and then telling you I won't bring it over to play....

The Lola's tire puncture is at 2:10, _before_ the corner. Fantastic driving and reflexes to save the car and keep it under as much control as he did entering a corner with a sudden tire loss!

Love watching those GT40's... amazing action 👍

Ford GT 40: A brutally beautiful car even today

St. Marys, man I used to watch races back in the day here in the states on the teley, all I can rember is "St. Marys" in the race call. This is good stuff, hope to make it over some day.

Yay Lola T70 vs Ford GT40!

I’ve seen that red and green Lola at the revival or FOS 2021, i cant remember, but it is literally THE LOUDEST thing you have ever heard. Like the beast of Turin, the McLaren MP4/4, the super trofeo Lamborghini, any of them would be blasted by it. Like it was so loud it made me feel physicsally sick as it revved and started up. A visceral and emotional noise

I really like this Trophy, however, the Organization should mention the brand of race cars. Is there the Lola T70 that runs the race some Ford GT40, some Lotus? Porsche 910? Some Marsch?

the Lola T70 MkII spyder - #46 specifically - is simply perfect art in motion. (the Lola Ford GT40’s are also stunning) (as are every Lotus - beautiful machines)

More Ford than Lola in these models. :) My all time favorite and most beautiful cars since I fell in love with them in high school. 1964-68. The have a sensual brutality in shape and sound.

It slows cars and prevents them from passing the pits at extremely high speed after exiting Woodcote where other cars ahead might be slowing to enter the pits or pull off into the paddock. It's a safety measure but provides numerous entertaining moments as drivers attempt a passing move between Woodcote and the chicane.

Feature of the Goodwood, back in the day, when there was no separation between the track and the pitlane.

They should have timed restart of ever car back in to racing positions.

Excellent point! Cars from 1963 thru 1965... Pre CanAm for the most part... Some quite rare.... An unloved Lotus 30 or 40 A 30 with 10 more mistakes... Chappers big failure... Even the Wee Scot could not win it it... Too much LIFT! Too many F-1 and Indy Car obligations to have the time to sort it all out... Looking good ,today... J.C.

I'm reasonably certain only authentic cars are allowed in these vintage series, unless no authentic examples of a certain car still exist.

I could be wrong but I've read that if you own the real car you are allowed to race an exact replica of your car that is race and authenticity verified.

@@oldlud8971 In goodwood, you are only allowed to race the original car, or an exactly built replica, unlike as an example many historic races here in america.

this is the greatest example of what auto racing should be. F1 just way too boring and Nascar pretty much only turns one direction. I vote for bring back TransAm in addition to CanAm

Absolutely my sentiments! Trans-Am and Can-Am were REAL Racing I believe everyone could appreciate. Also the Least intervention by Sanctioning Bodies should be paramount in Racing.

Less talking, more vroom vroom.

The bleeps in the audio hurt my ears, redo please, this is unacceptable.
