@@MsAnnie1121 use brass polish , it’s call brasso in Australia where I’m living but product says clean most of metal , put some on your finger do rubbing back and front , don’t use clothes , and wipe off with very soft clothes , it will turn out very clean and shiny !!

I found a 65 66 67 and 68 dimes

I've always wanted a sweet 1939 penny in my mother's memory who got me starting my coin collecting and she loved the wheat pennies and Buffalo nickels. Almost chocked on that sale price of the 1939 S! Sweet but stays a dream at that price! Wow! 🥰 Thanks Shawn! Some gorgeous coins here!

You should be able to find a unc.1939 wheat fairly cheap.10 to 15 bucks.The Jefferson nickel has a doubled Monticello in 1939 also.That would be a sweet coin to celebrate your mom's with but pretty expensive in higher grades

hi my father in law has got this coin and the 1966 one dime coin and more coins from Victoria to England and America and Canada and Jamaica coins

A question for the commentary folks: I found a 2006 P dime that presents like a "black beauty" nickel. Gorgeous blue/black even over the entire coin with clean , lustrous fields. (Mine also has a small obverse misalignment to k7) Is your reeded edge off looking? Mine looks like it's 96% copper core with a silvery black bar on top and bottom - these are even and look nothing like any edge examples of CuNi clad dimes. 2.249 grams on calibrated scale 17.8 mm diameter with digital caliper 1.2 mm thick with digital caliper My thought is that the punched core wasn't scoured before bonding with the nickel. If oxidation happened in the annealing oven, it could turn them black Or the binding went right, but the heat of the annealing oven caused the copper molecules to migrate to the surface. This could explain why there is a silvery surface under the black-seen at highest points of hair and anywhere there may be a contact mark. What do you think? Please let me know!

I have 1985, 1984,1983,1979,1970,1960,1916. 2-1966 quarters and 1967 dime! I can’t afford to send to be graded!! I’m broke now!! I need help on information as where to even start selling any of them. I’ve been studying this for 7 months daily I’ve bought a usb microscope I understand mists of what you been teaching here. I have ALOT of pennies & quarters i was a waitress most of my life and stashed coins in jars for 50 years plus my grandfather did as well! My dad too. So my dad got me the books and I’ve done nothing but eat drink and dream about this! I NEED HELP!!

I have 10 SMS 1967 sets as that's the year I was born. 4 of them are eye candy beautiful coins

Does great collections only accept graded coins? I have some beautiful proof coins that I inherited from my mother after she passed away but now I’m sick and I don’t want to send them out to be graded because I could be dead before the graders get them back to me. I'm in the Houston area also. Recently had to restart coin collection 😥😥 Have been saving coins again for the last 2 years . Have some pretty good ones including sms for 67-69 Most of my coins are raw and very circulated

I think most coin collection shops don’t tell you the truth nor will they inform you that you have a valuable coin, they hope you get it back into circulation by purchasing something, at least they have a chance (however slim) of finding it but other wise they have no chance if you keep it. It is “Always” about the 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰 in life.
