Sorry to break it to you but your wrong and the reason for this is that on a that plane there was probably around 150-200 so let’s say 150 for the sake of the argument 2 meals per person were eatan and each meal was around 900 calories so 900x 150=135,000 calories that’s not including snacks so sorry to say your very wrong and not even 7% right( could’ve been more wrong but I chose not to completely obliterate you).

I was also surprised by this, I fly to the USA quite often from eastern Europe(12 h flight), I flew back and forth more than 20 times and never fell asleep on the plane

@@Aaroncoppelman That's interesting cause whenever I travel, even a 2 hours long flight, I find it difficult to stay awake. I sleep for 6-7 hours for Most of my 10-ish hour long flights.

@@selimtanrverdi9639 Even when I was overweight(100 kg(220 lb)) and ate 5000+ calories every day, I couldn't sleep on the plane. The point here is how low pressure affects the body, it affects my body and the body of many people so that a person cannot fall asleep. Outside the plane, I fall asleep in 10-15 minutes, even when I eat in deficit.

hi joe, i was just wondering what editing software you use to edit your videos, also love all the videos you make and keep up the fitness your progress over the years have been insane so well done keep doing what your doing and one day youll be the worlds most strongest man trust me.
I could barely pass a flight from the U.S. then to Narita Japan/Nagoya Japan and then to the Philippines, but you sir consumed that much food throughout the whole journey. I give props to you I would've had stomach aches throughout the flight and felt horrible, got a steel of a body Joe that's crazy good job. I'm subscribing!

I ate a 1000 cal burger before a 6hr flight and I was soooo gassy the whole time. I can’t imagine lol.
i have GERD and last month had the most traumatizing bile reflux episode on a plane and this just reminded me of it...blegh. i was vomiting on an empty stomach and experiencing an unbelievable amount of pain so joe, please be careful with your health. i'm glad you didn't completely force yourself to finish this challenge.
