    I need to understand more about “reporting knowledge gap”. I feel like it is about the lack of sufficient knowledge for an incident and it’s not really about a KB that needs to be updated. Knowledge Feedback is different than “reporting knowledge gap”… knowledge feedback is specifically about a KB that needs to be updated. I cannot find a video that will help me understand. Thoughts?

    Category applies to "other" ServiceNow items like Incident, where kb_category is specific to Knowledge - unfortunately, they left category to be accessible by, and add confusion to Knowledge. Also unfortunate is the lack of permissioned access to kb_category. Since each Knowledge Base must have its own kb_category set, those who have multiple Knowledge Bases also suffer from multiple kb_categories.... often with the same name/same function.

    Thank you. Actually in my company we are on orlando but knowledge module is still on V2 So your video helped me to understand it better. How to implement new features etc In next video... could you please include some upgrade tips too ?
