Great demo, thanks! I would recommend a re-upload with better audio if you can. I had to increase the volume a lot and also enable mono audio on Windows 10 because it was only on one side.

Get over it, at least he is doing this for free. I'm yet to see a native english speaker make servicenow videos & not ask for money.
