To be fair while 2* probably has better stats E0 Lv1 ops have way better skill damage multipliers for burst

It isn't really a competition when ILA can bypass the -25% dmg taken by unblocked risk by completing the challenges with his other ops. On a more serious note 2 stars are better here because their low Dp costs and the enemies don't have super high stats either. His Durin for example has basically the same Atk as my Ho'olheyak but costing 9 Dp less ect.

That one was already a pre established rule tho, clear certain risk with nodes attached to it and you can start choosing risk from that node

​​@@duythuchoang5095 that doesn't work like that. You need to complete a quest to make attached tags to it accessible, you're not forced to pick these attached tags to unlock it
