I totally agree with the not being able to eat it everyday. I used to be on the Keto diet and would have steak and eggs every morning for breakfast. You get tired of steak real fast. No matter what cut, where it’s from, or the price, nor how it’s cooked.

It's not close. A dry aged prime rib eye doesn't come close. Japanese Wagyu is at the top by itself then about 4,748 miles down the road is everything else.

You should get the same cut of each level of steak (choice, prime, etc), cook then all the same, and blind taste test trying to order them correctly. Test your palate and see which cut is really worth the money. Think it would make for a cool video

If he has the time to be bothered I'd kind of like his opinion on my opinion in response to this. I think the cheaper piece of meat that tastes good isn't doing the meat any justice most of the time. It's all about the seasoning at that point. I believe that's a different competition vs the actual taste of the meat.
