@@ViperLate they do. I was a supervisor at KFC for two years. Everything is pre-cooked every hour and placed under a warmer. it gets thrown out once it starts becoming less fresh throughout the day and replaced. 16 seconds is honestly not even that fast of a pack time for kfc if its not a busy day

I waited at a drive thru for a hour and half then got to the box waited another half hour to place my order then waited for another 45 minutes to get them to cook the chicken and my meal, then they claim that they went to the back door and didn't see my car and went inside to tell them that I didn't receive my food and then waited another 45 minutes for them to cook my order again because they give it to someone else who just arrived. Then when I got home from the KFC, it was very cold like frozen part of the chicken. I complained multiple times to corporate and they didn't want to give me a full refund, just coupons and like 40 not nearly 60 that I spent for me and my family. SO, I won't go to KFC FOR A LONG TIME.
