Not really terrible, but the Koenigsegg Jesko set was quite inaccurate to the real thing. With around 10 extra pieces, I managed to make the damn thing look like it's irl counterpart with the addition of a moveable rear wing.

The buildable figures from the Legends of Chima line did not look that bad, to be honest. It rather seems to me that they were voted against by some crazed "Lego purists" who simply cannot stand this type of Lego product in general. P.S. - The 'parts-to-price' ratio is often (not always) incredibly overrated. It actually depends on WHAT SIZE the individual Lego pieces/parts are. The volume of stuff you get in the end for your money is the most crucial "metric" in here.

Hilariously, a shop I worked at had those Lego Video sets and we struggled to get rid of them, and corporate was constantly telling us to lower the price to sell them. We eventually went down to something like 75% off before they finally started selling. The boom box car was neat looking, wanted to get it but sadly the moment the sale started scalpers flooded our online orders. The small boxes with just the characters and the plates though, eventually we just started handing them out with other lego purchases. Even got to keep 2 myself for free, they're on my shelf next to my work lanyard. Kinda miss that job.
The idea that a set from 2018 can be called "old" now makes me feel sick.
The Hulkbuster (the £500ish recent one) should be on this list next time. I can't believe they actually had the nerve to put that thing out there at that price - it doesn't even look like the Hulkbuster! I think I had the c3po as a kid - definitely remember it! I also really loved all the Eternals sets. Perspective I guess 😂 fun list though.
The 2010 version of Hagrid's Hut had a better version of Aragog than the 2002 Aragog in the dark forest set.
i loved the buildable action figures as a kid and i still have a few of those Chima sets lying around (including Chi Eris funnily enough) Chima in general was such a good line and it's a shame it went out so soon
"Ninjago might just be LEGO's most succesful original franchise ever." **Sad Bionicle noises**
I like the chima buildable sets I think the designs are neat and I think they would be considered a lot better if they were reasonably priced as 15 dollars is far too much for such simplistic builds
I own the Star Wars 7257. I wish I hadn't opened it. That being said, my cousin and I enjoyed the unique fighting concept. It was very clumsy, but it was very fun to play with. The light-up figures still work all these years later, and I've reused many parts of the set over the years. My son and I build arenas and then fight different figures with different bits I've collected over the years. It's like rockem-sockem-robots but in Lego form.
The reason Vidiyo sets were such poor value is that they also needed to cover the costs of licensing the music and building/maintaining/running the app. I scored a fairly decent deal on the big boom box set which is actually not a bad build.

that spider trike vs electro set is so nostalgic for me. It makes sense why it has such low ratings but I just remember spending hours playing with it at my cottage!
i bought every single chima figures. every single one of them.its kinda a win-loose situation because i got some interesting pieces for bionicle/hero factory mocs, and i spent basically 150 bucks on useless head molds which were the "exclusive" thing
Nice now we need the top sets in terms of brick to price ratio (especially considering pieces you can use for other builds)
I had the Spider Tricycle and I actually really loved it… but i legit just ignored the Tricycle and only played with Spider-Man and Electro
I have almost all jack stone sets. They were my first lego sets when I was 3-4 years old. At the time really the only 4+ kind of lego. As I got older they of course sort of felt off to me. But I will forever have fond memories of those sets. Not to mention some whacky one of a kind pieces.

I saw Aragorg in the Dark Forest in one of those glass feature cabinets stores used to have, it was then on my wish list until I got it - loved it
ayy I had that Aragog set as a kid. Didn't last very long as designed, fairly certain the spindly legs got repurposed on other builds fairly quickly.
30087 was gifted by my dad when I was out with him at his job. That was my second ever Ninjago I ever owned at the time, so I LOVE IT :(
Vidiyo has some really cool mini-figs, lots of cool little albums and... nothing much else. I feel like their desire to do some kind of app tie in was doomed from the start, they were not going to let their effects go up on streaming services other than their own, and their service was bad (from what I hear, I did not use it). It is weird that they couldn't come up with a number of interesting sets to go along with the figures. Imagine all the interesting venues they could market, like the unlockable stages in a Rock Band game.
I am shocked that this video didn’t mention the Ninjago Legacy Electromech or anything from Znap or Galidor.
The Bionicle System (minifig scale) line has some pretty awful sets. The poly bags also have a very wide range of quality, as much as Good Guy 06 is a meme, Quick Good Guy and Quick Bad Guy are much more laughably bad in my opinion.
Cole's little car build simply called CAR makes me giggle
Omg I had the Jack Stone glider XD always thought it was odd but kinda cool to whoosh around
1:30 when I was a kid that was one if my favourtie Spiderman sets. Specially because of the transparent Electro figure. I still have both the Spiderman and the Electro in my collection.
Honestly I feel the Chima build buildable figures would have been better if they were entirely molded from trans blue and trans red to represent the effect for when the characters used Chi to power up since the figures kinda looked like the things that formed from the characters when they would use chi
Really surprised that the Chima buildable figures are so disliked, I love those :(
Used to have the Spider-Trike as a kid, loved it. I unfortunately lost the electro though.😔
"One of lego's most unforgettable themes was Legends of Chima" Me: "oh wow I forgot about that one"
As a kid it made me seethe to the core when Lego and action figure companies would release obvious cash grab sets where it’s a character who can easily traverse or fly, but they’re in a vehicle. Like yeah Spider-Man needs a trike and a monster truck. I bet he doesn’t even have a license in most continuities lmao.
Im not familiar with the Lego Vidiyo line but that alien dude with the vinyl tracks on it is definitely a buy for me. Very stylish.
I had that aragog set when i was a kid... i loved it because of the cool spider, but was bummed it didnt have adjustable legs
Video idea: the bets price per piece Lego sets ever.
Idk if anybody else has said it but the First Order "AT ST" one of the worst rated star wars sets ever only good thing about it was the figs
The recent Obi Wan vs Darth Vader set from the Obi Wan Disney+ show is absolutely horrendous
I had the R2D2 technic as a kid. The one with the motor inside that drove it. Never liked the set because it was full of specialized pieces that couldn't be used anywhere else.
That Eternals set looks like a decent one to harvest parts for Mech builds. Lots of ball joints, clips and spikey bits 👀
I had a lego spider man set where the boat was 2 pieces held together by a 2 by 4 plate and had on jumper on the front for a gun, and doctor octopus mech looked more like something youd see at a construction site. I actually have one of those jack stone minifigs, how much they worth?
I almost spit out my drink at 1:28
I was all but doing the Leonardo DiCaprio pointing meme when Ultimate Lightsaber Duel came up, because I absolutely remember having that set…And yeah, I can confirm the main play feature didn’t work terribly well. Shame, because the minifigs with the light-up lightsabers were indeed pretty cool
The vidiyo car was one of my favourite building experiences, sad that the theme ended this way
Star Wars line has been going great this year! Soo great I think. Who remembers Lego agents? That was a super underrated line.
when i was young i got the spider trike vs electro i don’t really remember it but some pieces from it are still circulating though my lego collection
Lowkey I’m gonna get that Cole Car just because of how funny it looks compared to all the other Ninjago sets. Have my Kai on his dragon and Jay in his fighter jet and then put little Cole Car right between the two lollll
Ok, one set I can think of? Spybotics G60 Gigamesh. I wouldn't say it's anywhere near as bad as any of the sets here, but this one seemed to have a quality control issue. Specifically, the long Technic beams that run down the sides of the spybot core would often be warped or bent, and sometimes the core was bricked from the factory. Additionally, at $60 a pop for about 260 pieces on average, the Spybotics line in general had some of the worst parts values in LEGO's history, but as they were technically robotics sets it's a bit less of an issue. Honestly, as a whole, Spybotics was an awesome concept but it just never took off.
You forgot the Jyn Erso buildable figure.
I had the Harry Potter aragog set. The legs were a terrible design, they wouldn't even stand the spider up, it would just flop around
Oh I remember the jack stone line. It had a plane that was quite big but only 15 ish pieces. Okay I looked it up, set 4619 had a bit more pieves, but still not that many.
I used to own that Harry Potter spider one. I thought it was so cool and used to sleep with the spider like a stuffed animal. So he has at least one fan :’)
The imperial probe droid. It asks to use 3 pieces at one point, but the set only comes with 2 of that piece.
Vidiyo's Punk Pirate Ship - 43114 - was a nice set, but what a nightmare it was to figure out the printed tiles you actually had when going to list it on BrickLink. LEGO did an okay job overall on the Pirate Ship but did we really need so many printed tile alternates for just one set, of which the buyer would only receive a limited subset of? LEGO thought up a great ship, but some of that thinking should've gone into the number of random alternate tiles they had to print up and include. I think it was the same for all the sets in the Vidiyo theme. They were in no less than six colors of tile 2x2!
This is basically a list of what will be the most collectable items in several decades.
The lightsaber duel set is awesome and it was fun to build. Also the light up lightsabers were dope
Because the car set was free, If I'm not mistaken, it has a theoretically infinite price-to-piece ratio.
I'd like to add that Kenobi set with Vader vs Kenobi bc the figures where good but it was literally a dark tan base with nothing good about it and it was way over priced but I really want the Ned-B and need to buy him

I liked Jack Stone when I was small... I was influenced by the series, too.
The Chima figures are honestly pretty nice looking, probably the best of those buildable figures
vidiyo line had interesting tiles and sweet minifigs, but price was too off. i believe 5 euros/dollars or 7 at max would be prety okie deal, but 20 ? nah. as for buildable figures - i have grey wolf (i think its vorizz or worizz, dunno really, i edited him a little) is pretty okay figure. as for price cant say, i got him in huge bag of various hero factory and similiar stuff for 30. it was like 20 figures there. two of em were almost complete witch doctor (with missing shoulder bones/spikes) and von nebulla (missing staff). pretty juicy deal, considering that i was able to do quiet a bunch sweet own figs out of other fig parts.
43112 is actually a pretty cool set. I got mine quite heavily discounted but it's a fun build.
I have the mace windu one. Got it as a gift, built it, and then dismantled it the next day
8007 C3PO was my very first lego technic set! Second one was the stormtrooper (which had a lot of useful pieces in hindsight.), but the thing is, I had never seen Star Wars. At that moment I only knew Star Wars from the Lego catalogues. Not sure why I wanted these, cos they didn't age too well. But I liked robots, sooo... Not long after that I got into Bionicle, which were my identity for a good eight years.
Any bionicle set with lime pieces (except Keelerak) those would always break sometimes just putting it together would cause them to break
When I was a kid, I got that little Jack Stone glider in a pack with Lego Stunt Rally (yeah, I don't know why either). I had a lot of fun with Lego Stunt Rally. And for that glider... No one wanted to buy it when I had to move country, so I was forced to keep it. I still have it to this day. I lost my copy of Lego Stunt Rally though. Life's not fair!
