I had the "old" and "new" MTTs many years ago, sure the 2007 version was a massive improvement but you have to remember the 2000 model was WAY back when LEGO first got into Star Wars. For its time it was actually great. Seven years just made a really big difference in LEGO's Star Wars line.

It is one of those classic situations where there is nothing wrong with the product in the era it existed. But because the products have evolved so much and grown to such a level of detail and glitz to cater to the biggest whale adult collectors that the older sets just do not measure up anymore.

I personally have the Starscavenger and I actually like it BUT it is based on a Lego TV show on Disney called the Freemaker Adventures. It basically was about two brothers and the sister (in the set) who repair ships for a living on a space outpost like satellite. The droid is also apart of their family and together they pick up jobs here and there to build ships. The kid is force sensitive and can use the force too so that's a thing. It came out a bit after the Yoda Chronicles if you are familiar with those, with that werid starkiller lookin dude JEK-11 with the glowy arm and trooper get up. Overall I think the set is definitely one that you need to watch the show for, I would give it a B personally. Hope this helps.

AS their own it is not really much but its true value is that they are valubable if your making a clone army set up, these would probably increase in value over time as more try to look for em for their clone army/division set ups.

The Star Scavenger set were based off the Disney's series "The Freemaker Adventure" which was about the one of the kid and how he had the "Kyber Saber" which was a lightsaber made out of kyber crystals... besides that it was mainly a star wars lego promotional animated series to get people to buy more lego starwars

Now that you mention it, you’re right. Even if the Mandalorians didn’t use them in battle, I think they would use them for ceremonies to project power.

I personally liked the Boba Fett Mech, but also the Figure is currently the most detailed figure we have so that's definitely a plus

As an adult I’d agree with you on the first Endor ATST set. However, my daughter turned 4 last month and got that as a birthday present(since the box specifically says 4 and up, she was very excited) the larger pieces that you complained about made it very easy for her to put together and she’s been playing with that set constantly for the last week. Might it have been a bit overpriced? Sure. But it’s made for little ones taking their first steps into a brick building world. She had a blast making that and the multiple books made it easy for her to progress through it.

Yeah finn was such a deep and likable character. He was so traumatized seeing his fellow soldiers die and massacring civilians that he had absolutely no problems going "Whooohooo YEAH!!! UP TOP!" after mowing down like 300 of his former battle buddies.

@@SombreroSoupprequels are pretty mid, ROTS is good and I personally like the phantom menace, but the rest is a snooze fest. The sequels however range from just ok (the force awakens) to horrible (other 2)

I will always remember seeing the lobotomized AT-ST in the catalog as a kid! I remember comparing it to the Rogue-One AT-ST from a few years before, which was infinitely better. Definitely one of the worst. Liked and subbed, thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

My least favorite has got to be Cad Bane's Justifier. Cad Bane is my favorite Star Wars character of all time, but they locked him behind a $170 grey blob.

My least favourite set is the resistance pod, the stickers are painful, and the only reason they were there was to make the set not look like a brick with guns.

Suprised that the most recent MTT didn't make the list. Honestly the way they designed the droid deployment is just so awful. Although pretty sure people would have been fine with not having as many droids in it as long as the original function that it could deploy 16 droids still remained instead of the sorry 6.

I had that MTT and it was one of the biggest sets of my childhood. It felt enormous and had tons of play value.

A minute's silence for Daley, who bought all those sets.

I think the resistance pod is really cool. It is accurate, nice figues and a lot of space for accessories.

Incredibly underrated. It has cool rare parts, a lot of functionalities and figs arent that bad (bb-8 is a likeable droid). It reminds me of the old lego design, where play features were peak... This set can be bought for cheaper than it was released for even today. But there are a lot of stickers unfortunately and a lot of those are really unnecessary (control panel on the cheese slope).

To be honest, my least favorite Lego Star Wars set would be the 4+ ewok at-st set. I mean on my opinion it doesn't seem it has enough value to it. The Minifigures are good, but one thing I didn't like was how they add a catapult thing to it and it literally wouldn't do nothing but just launch at a very low distance. I think Lego could've done a lot more for this set, but I don't know what they can do.

"it was 40 DOLLARS" I am already experiencing brain damage and I'm a minute in, I can't comprehend who thought it would be a good idea to make THAT 40 dollars.

I mean for me the Assassin's Droid Pack always felt like a bummer, because Assassin Droids weren't supposed for army building, their usage were rather niche oriented. A battle pack with a STAB and 2 super battle droids and some regular B1s would have sold like haystacks fr.

I wanted to get the assassin droid battle pack. I honestly think it’s underrated. I had the clone trooper battle pack with the AT-RT though. Loved it.

By far the micro fighters ATAT vs tauntaun sets. They advertised them together, but the tauntaun is bigger than the ATAT! Kind of a waste of set releases and should not have been advertised as a pair.

Ok I really don’t believe that the Junior Poe Damaris X wing wasn’t on there. How many times has daily explained that it’s not a good set?!

honestly, my least favorite star wars lego set, would probably be the miniature ones where it has no detail and are 20 bucks, so you get a mini millennium falcon and han solo for 25 ish bucks, its absolute crud.

The first order at-st would of been way cooler if the uper part of the at st was there and sort of been able to be detached, wich would of been a great playfeature. But i stil think that the Jyn erso Figure is the worst of hem

@DaleyBricks my least favorite was set #75139 Battle on Takodana it was so overpriced for 54.99 at the time in 2016 . Only had 4 Minifigures in it also not helping it's case . It's really a set I regret buying lol. Thank you for always making videos makes my day !

Space Police III had container hauling, garbage looking space trucks that were infinitely cooler than this Star Wars dump truck.

Worst Star Wars set ever has got to be the 87 piece set for 40 DOLLARS! The price is just INSANE.

my least favorite has got to be the transport pod like @sportstopic. I got the set thinking I could spruce it up but it just sucks.

The escape pod is terrible. It seems that LEGO needed to add one more set into the Last Jedi wave, so they made that piece of garbage

The worst lego star wars set? That may be controversial but the Twilight from the clone wars movie. Damn, thats a fugly looking basic gray box with guns

I personally like Resistance Transport Pod. I think it's just a neat little blocky thing with actually pretty nice design, yet I agree that applying the stickers on this build was a pain in the ass.

My Least favorite Lego Star Wars set is by far the Jyn Erso. Unlike any of the other sets which you could get for figures or even extra pieces, the Jyn Erso has too many specific parts and is just not worth the money. I actually have two from the toys R us buyout before I actually understood just how bad they were.

The scavanger isn’t that bad, hell of a lot better than most other sets here

my least favorite has to be that battle pack with ki adi mundi and barriss. the fact that it was called a battle pack but had 2 named characters felt like lego taking the piss. especially since it was the only good way of amassing plane white realistic style phase 1s at the time

Some are okay. I’d love a 10th anniversary release just for the force awakens. Just a First Order Dropship, Poe Dameron’s X-Wing, and a first order snowspeeder.

The star scavenger was a ship from the free makers which is a show of 3 teenager and 1 droid find a lightsaber that can cut through basically anything and can be used on a ship while also dealing with the problems of being a poor mechanic shop that has to pay off it’s debts

My least favorite Star Wars set wasn't featured, but it's the Droid Fighter from Episode One, set number 7111. It was just a block of Legos that couldn't do anything. It didn't have any articulation or mini figures.

Yeah the most hated being the first order AT-ST makes sense Like The play feature should be ripping the top out but the top should he included, like so you can have an actual AT-ST

Im not big on Toilet humor, but I do get a laugh out of the use of the fart sounds for F-tier sets

One of my least favorite sets is 8017: Darth Vader's TIE Fighter, not because it was a bad set, but because a single piece fell off every time I played with it growing up.

The Star scavenger set is based of a Lego Star Wars show called the freemaker adventures. The children minifigs were the main characters. The ship is supposed too collect parts so they can make more ships and sell them. It’s actually a half decent watch in my opinion. There is a lot more interesting stuff that happens but I’m not gonna spoil the entire show.

The saddest part of the First Order ATST is we never got a proper set. Just that destroyed abombination

That First Order AT-ST set is hideous! I think having Jeff with that set was a punishment too far.

The AT-ST would’ve benefited from a separate build that can come on and off the show how you can have a proper First Order AT-ST displayed if wanted.

I must be the only person who really liked the Resistance Transport. I really liked the interior and miniature armory, and it felt like the kind of mocs I used to make way back in the 00's.

These sets make me think Lego is going the same path Disney went to right before they where were they are now

I dunno, the Freemaker ship and the Resistance pod should have been C/D. Both solid builds, and not a AT-ST that's been cut in half. I kinda like the asymmetrical design the pod has.

I bought the assassin battle pack and clone battle pack when they first released as a kid and they were both a solid set for what you had, at the time the animted clone wars saga was running and that was the only way you could easily get alot of assassin droids. Also both builds from the battlepacks felt the same for value and build quality.

The worst LEGO Star Wars set has to be the 2022 Endor AT-ST set. The price was just way too high for what you got.
