1 Spice & Water...Opens Arteries (Prevent Heart Attack & Stroke) | Dr. Mandell

Research indicates that ingesting cayenne pepper increases circulation, improves blood vessel strength and reduces plaque buildup in your arteries. One of the main reasons for this is capsaicin, which is an active compound of cayenne peppers.
Cayenne Extract Dosage:
The recommended dosage for cayenne extract is 500 mg taken once to three times daily, or as directed by a physician. Each dose should be taken with 8 oz. of water and a meal to reduce the chance of heartburn.
Cayenne also comes in a capsule form. In this case, take one capsule once to three times per day. Again, be sure to take the capsule with at least 8 oz. of water.
Adding cayenne pepper to your foods, stews, soups, smoothies, eggs, quiches, egg salad, hummus, teas, hot chocolate, lemonades, sauces, or taking supplements will be extremely beneficial to your cardiovascular system.
Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.
Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
A high blood pressure
Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
Stress
Obesity
A sedentary lifestyle
Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea
Chest pain or angina
Palpitations of the heart
Dizziness
Weakness

It's great for immune system too. Been doing this for 10 years now. Thanks for the great information in all your videos. God Bless.

Years ago I felt like I was having a severe stroke, so I got myself into the kitchen, grabbed my spice bottle of cayenne, and poured at least a teaspoonful into a glass. Then I poured a very little bit of warm water into the glass too and stirred it and gulped it down in one gulp. Then I chased that with a good amount of water and lay down to try to sleep which I had not been able to do for several days. I did sleep for a few hours and woke up with no more stroke symptoms. A day later, when I called my doctor and described the whole scenario, he said I was having a stroke and saved my own life. The reason I thought to quickly act the way I did was because I had seen a video cayenne’s ability to stop a stroke or heart attack in the middle of each because cayenne dilates blood vessels so a clogging clot can suddenly have enough enlarged space th travel on through and break apart at some point. The reason I gulped down the cayenne in a very small amount of warm water is so that it could be downed in only ONE gulp so it would not be in my mouth more than a second before then chasing it with a lot more water. Otherwise your mouth would be on fire while the cayenne water would be in your mouth during several swallows! Very important to remember this!

There’s a KZread doctor named Dr. Sten Ekberg who has changed my life. His holistic focus on the body and seeing many common health problems like high cholesterol or arthritis as symptoms of insulin resistance and inflammation has been helpful in seeing the value in just walking everyday, eating more vegetables, and trying to minimize the kind of insulin spikes that causes hunger and reduces the body’s way of relying on its own fat reserves for energy. This comment seems consistent with that approach. If you change your focus to lowering insulin spikes and eating the kind of food that keeps you full for longer and just walking everyday, that should pay dividends. I recommend watching his videos to get more of an understanding as to how it’s all connected.

I got mucus and phlegm stuck in my throat every time I ate or drank anything. Started taking lemon, honey, cinnamon and olive oil and it was almost instant. The mucus and phlegm were gone and that was what was making me gag. Its been 2 weeks and Im 95% better. I cant thank you enough. Now I also take Tumeric, Thyme, Ginger and I periodically take Apple Cider Vinegar. I feel 20 years younger thank you.

I I mix a half teaspoon of organically grown cayenne pepper into about 8 oz of warm filtered water and chug it down twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I started doing this when I was told that my blood pressure was on the high side, and my doctor wanted me to take Lisinopril. I did start taking it for a while, but then didn't like the idea of having to be on medication to control my blood pressure. So I looked up ways of naturally doing this and I saw the cayenne pepper suggestion. Thanks for this video, and all the great work you do.

thru your videos you convinced me to do this every day: for breakfast:, very easy and affordable: 1/2 tsp turmeric, ground pepper, olive oil, hot water (some people add honey) I will add 1/2 tsp cayenne to the mix, yum! I also have two or three brazil nuts. Very filling.

Great video as usual. Unclogging arteries involves lifestyle changes to promote cardiovascular health. Start by adopting a heart-healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats like omega-3s from fish or flaxseed. Reduce intake of saturated fats, trans fats, and refined sugars. Exercise regularly with at least 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly to boost circulation and reduce plaque buildup. Quit smoking, as it exacerbates artery damage, and limit alcohol. Manage stress with mindfulness or hobbies. Monitor blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels, following your healthcare provider's recommendations. Consider medications or procedures as advised to maintain optimal artery health.
