This man had 13 different shots over 37 seconds of him driving a truck into a parking lot. That is dedication and effort where no one would expect it.

Notice how Casey didn't talk about specs, didn't tell us about resolution, frame rate, battery hours. Didn't tell us much of anything really aside from price and a couple small details and yet we sat here and watch the ENTIRE video. This guy is a master at video creation and keeping you watching. Your videos are really awesome. You just one person crew and still manage to shoot in various angles and perspectives makes you a legend. Casey = 10+crew

Few more: Why is it crashing, much more often than one would expect. Why is the touch screen is super hard to use and will annoy you every day. Why the scheduled capture is not working. Of course GoPro won't admit it, but will "Improve" it with some not specified in time firmware update. Why the max lens mod wouldn't first screw to the correctly to the camera, after 100 tries and scrubbing metal from the lens body, it will eventually somehow will. Why is GoPro support useless and keeps repeating their scripts almost like bots.

How are you verified with 2k subs?

It’s true that my phone takes good pictures & videos....however I bought my GoPro because I didn’t want to risk my phone on the chairlift or losing it in the water. Plus Gopro has all kind of accessories & is rated for those environments.

I’m so happy that Casey is making videos again ! I love them ! So inspiring

Thanks man! I really love your videos! I just started a daily vlog but I don't have a lot of experience with cameras or film making so I got a Gopro 9 just to focus on getting my mind wrapped around the story telling aspect of a daily vlog--- how to keep it interesting and such. This video really helped me out! I've used the Gopro 9 for about 3 months now and have made about 20 videos. Now that I feel like I have the editing, daily vlog work flow and basic videography under my belt with the Gopro 9, I think that I'm ready to move onto a more serious camera! BUT I highly recommend the Gopro 9 for anyone looking to get their toes wet before they jump into the ocean that is VLOGGING. Thanks again! Youre a huge inspiration to me Casey and youll see it in my vlogs haha! Daily vlogging is exciting and encourages me to live a more adventurous life. I feel like I'm writing my own story. AND video editing is a pretty good skill to have! I can't say thank you enough!

I loved the subtle motif of the GoPro camera and your own videos, "...whether there is a market place for excellent, when the world is saturated with 'good enough'," referring both to cameras and creative content. Maybe I'm just reading into it, but the clip just beforehand about how much effort goes into your videos makes it seem intentional. The fact that it was packed into a 6 minute, daily video is amazing

Your editing is out of this world! As far as the GoPro? I have the Hero 5 and been thinking of getting the 9. Mostly for the stabilization, even though I use a gimbal for the 5, I’d like to have something that’s easier to carry. Great review 👍
