Glad to hear the prayer of repentance. Many churches don't do that anymore....😢

This morning I prayed that the Lord would teach me how to deal with two women in my life that I really don’t like much. Moments later I was listening to this message.

I'm listening to your entire series of teaching chapter by chapter, thanks for uploading Skip. I want to get through the whole Bible before the world consumes me. Every morning and every night I do a video. I hate this world! My only goal now is to fully understand Gods word, hopefully half as well as you Skip.

Thanks Pastor Skip - again we see God's providence at work regarding the incident in the cave. Here comes Saul with his 3000 men and now he needs to relieve himself and winds up going into the very cave where David and his men are hiding ... leading to the rest of the events in Ch. 24. I hope I remember David's restraint and God seeking attitude the next time I feel like taking vengeance on somebody. God bless!

Hi Val, it's one year late,but I'd like to encourage you to introduce your friends to Jesus by sharing what He's done for you and the love He's demonstrated both for you and them. The last thing you want is to have people follow Jesus because they're trying to escape hell. Let His love compel them to follow Him, rather than their fear of hell and it's torment... remember that it's the Holy Spirit that convicts us of sin and our need for a saviour, so don't feel responsible for convicting people of their sin, yours is to bring them to Him and He'll do the rest! I hope this helps.

I just noticed. David Believed God in that He would be King to the point that he knew he didn't have to kill Saul. Unlike Abraham and Sarah taking God's promise for a son into their own hands. David let God deal with Saul.

It matters because pastors of a mega church do everything on purpose. He could be wearing a suit and tie, dressed casually, dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and shorts and flip-flops,.....or a skeleton t-shirt. Historically, skeletons are associated more with witchcraft. The odds of this pastor not knowing that are absolutely zero. So why did he choose that t-shirt on purpose? That message?

What’s with everyone griping about the T-shirt ..🤦🏻‍♀️

So why exactly did God kill Nabal? What did he do that was so bad that God had to kill him?

His shirt is representing New Mexican biker culture. It literally says New Mexico in Spanish. Skip is a bike rider nothing else to it people. We all look like that under the skin do don’t get too scared.

But if pontios Pilate freed Jesus Christ then we would not be saved just like if Judas escariot did not sell Jesus Christ for 30 silver then He would not have been crucified.

The T-shirt choice is not good pastor. If your a normal person in the crowd its ok but your Pastor of a church many look up to you there and online all over the world. A young person could see this and start wearing such cloths or get a skull tattoo saying if Pastor Skip can wear one why cant I which would be breaking the rule in Leviticus 19:28 unknowingly dont have cuts in your body for the dead.

No where in the bible does it say a teacher of Gods words needs to wear a suit, coat and tie or formal attire. External vanity.
