是很慢，不過這樣比台灣的單手削安全倒是真的！蒂頭部份也留比較多一點果肉！

Well mine is done chopped in a container and he still doing his. What the secret? I'll try my best to describe how to do it. And when you get good at it.... It will be clean like a machine did it but it wasn't it was ur skill that did it. Once you master it you can skin chop into small squares in about 60 secs or less. You need a knife blade short about 3". Cut off ends then stand up. Which ever you are right handed or left just do opposite of my procedure 😉 I'm right handed ok. Take left hand open and wrap around top edge of skin kinda like holding a football on one end by the white circle idea. Now put blade down between pineapple and skin. So one side of blade touching pineapple and other side of blade touching inside of skin. The reason why ur left hand is spread open against skin is because ur gonna feel the blade pushing up against skin and that's ur guide not to lose pineapple on skin. Now go up and down moving blade around until you meet were you started from. Flip pineapple and repeat. Now when ur done leave knife their and turn blade toward skin and slowly cut down skin and bingo skin off. You will not have to cut off brown spots. If you feel the blade pushing against the skin ur hand will feel the pressure of blade and ur doing right. Once you get it good less then 60 secs. Secret when cutting pineapple when skin off.... don't cut it down like doing a square. See the middle Core. Get close cut in a 30° angle. You see what I mean. Go to family Dollar or one of them and get ur knife their. Reason is that the knife is sharp but not a real sharpness for what ur doing. Thus way its more friendly in cutting the pineapple. If to sharp a blade it will just try and cut the skin. Go up and down at a good motion of movement. Hope this helped. Sorry for long example I was doing my best to picture vision for you. Plz tell me how you did. Impress ur Lady.... Hehe...

칼말구 그냥 눈만 파내는 도구로 눈하나하나 파내면 별로려나?? 수율도 크게 살리고 좋을듯 한뎅 태클은 아닙니다.

도마인지 아닌지 ... 껍질을 까시고 칼날쪽으로 긁어내시고 그 걸 다시 깎으시는게 약간 위생적이지 않지만 실력은 최고시네요
