@@Amoeba_Podre Washed hands are cleaner than contaminated gloves. Before the whole virus thing, I would see cashiers with gloves on. They were probably doing food prep and cashiering. Gloves are only as clean as what they've touched.

To be honest, we in India won't find such level of neatness and cleanliness! Bravo buddy.

Nice to see that they are very careful about the cleanliness contrary to our India and Pakistan.

Everything he does is learned experiences. He knows to wipe the juice off constantly because if he doesn’t at the end of day the juices will get everywhere. He also knows to cut the discarded pieces so that the trash bag will have more room. And most importantly he’s got a nice eye catching presentation of his fruits. He knows that what looks good will sell good lol.

I wish America was like this. He's so clean, with the cuts and his station. He uses as much of the fruit as he can and doesn't waste it. Very sanitary he’s the first food vendor I’ve seen who doesn’t use the glove to protect his hands but actually use common sense with gloves. I like that he swaps for new glove after touching the skin of the fruit which can be very dirty. 👍

@@vooshmoozik6185 there is no hygenic methodology here. He touches with the non gloved hand as well. The gloved hand touches all the surfaces the bare hand does. He can probably ditch the gloves and get by with washing his hands properly before the process. And also clean all the equipment once after everything is done. This is just overkill, probably for the camera or he has OCD

과일과 칼을 다루는 것도 프로지만 무엇보다 놀랐던건 위생 관념입니다, 껍질이 있는 과일을 만진 위생 장갑을 바로 버리고 새 장갑으로 교체하고 속과를 다루는군요..

しょうがない水は限られるし、衛生面の事を考えるとね。それに目の前でそう言うの見ると綺麗にしてるなってなるから（路上だからこそ意味がある）他の店より買いたくなる。味が混ざるの嫌いって人もいるだろうし

@@shnawgza Unfortunately this is incorrect. すごい have more meanings than simply amazing. In this context it means very. The phrase is すごい(very) 無駄がない(efficient, no excess).

Must be a super sharp knife too.! Great food prepper. Need more like him!!! Now he’s the supervisor!

I’ve seen plenty of street food videos from all over the world, but this guy takes the cake. I’m impressed with his cleanliness and precision in filling those cups. Very nice, thank you for sharing it.
