How to Change Lip Color in Photoshop
1. Use Pen Tool to Get the Shape of Lip
2. Change Path to Selection (CTRL+Enter)
3. Feather Selection 3px
4. Make New Layer
5. Choose a Color You Like
6. Alt + Delete to Fill the Color
7. Change Layer Mode to Multiply
8. Double Click New Layer
9. Hold Alt to Adjust Underlying Layer
10. Deselect (CTRL + D)
