The part that you played in 10 mins would take me around 2 months 🤯 Amazing !
Lizst must be proud of you 👏.
'ay, I'd suggest Rachmaninoff/Kreislers Liebesleid for the next challenge. It's pretty easy to sightread I'd say, but the 2nd part with the triplets is pretty funky. That's where I'm at right now and I wanna see how you learn a piece in 1h as well as I did in a few months >Me, terrible sightreader/classical player

Long way off but if a fish channel can do it.. surely! These challenges are my fave of her channel. Should see if anyone else does something similar.
Looks like you need an air conditioner 🤣 Also you're getting too good at feeling the time left. It's been too long since we've seen a timer jumpscare :(
The first minute was already pretty good-better than anything I could ever hope to do!
I know that you went to school for piano and everything, but it's amazing to see how you sight read so good! I'm stuck on tempo for page 3 of Chopin's Ballade no. 1 and i bet you'd do it in a breeze

Great video! Can you please do Chopin’s Polonaise Op. 53 “Heroic” sometime in the future?
Yes! I've been so excited for this ever since the first part came out!
Could you do this challenge with Rachmaninovs little red riding hood or his second piano concerto?
OMG Anniqueeee!! I love that you go to play the second part. Woooow I'm very excited!!
Loving the comedic editing :D Also being able to play that fluidly and that much after just 10 minutes has me speechless. That's amazing.
What you do in 1hr is amazing. Love these videos.
This piece is so hard and I think you're very good playing in this short time😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💓🤗I’m so excited for next video 🥳💛
I think the speaking over the practice is a nice touch! I like the text comments on the screen, but that adds some good context.
YAAAAAAAAYYYYYY - PART 2!!!!!!!! YOU ARE VERY VERY GOOOOD PIANIST 👏 👍

you are my favorite piano teacher, your technique is brilliant, thank you
Listening Liszt's music for a hungarian is always pleasure. And you are did it very grate! :D I can't feel your fight of course in this very difficult peace because I'm a flute player, but I liked it! Keep up the practice! :D -from Hungary
This piece is really hard. It took me a long time to understand the rhythm of this crazy piece. Let's not talk about Rafsuda 6, which also had the same story there. Now at two I understood the rhythm. All that's left is to practice for 3 years.
Loved this, thanks for sharing!
Awesome focus and work! Good job!
Keep at it girl! You gotta have this one in your performing bucket!

Thank you 😌😊💞😍

in my opinion this challenge very interesting. good luck in the future!
Nice nice, very impressive 😃
Hey I really love this challenge and how you implement it. It' such a joy watching you play and work on this pieces. I would really like to see you performing Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet op.64 dance of the knights.
I play this piece. I got all the notes down in a month but it took a while to actually play it well. Great Job!
Hi Annique, how i wish i was even a quarter as good as you 😂 I was thinking since you like playing this piece and people love watching HR2 videos, was wondering if you could start a new video series on your journey towards learning the entirety of this piece (showing tips and tricks along the way and maybe a little performance portion at the end of each practice session? :p) would love to see you play the whole piece someday! cheers Annique! ✋🤚

If she has time to do this, I support your idea... I've also asked her for an absurd suggestion like these... Like asking her to do a "serie" in which she records full covers of songs suggested by the subscribers. So far, for all the videos I've seen on her channel, I've never seen her talking in detail about reading music, but more about breathing, posture, interpretation, muscle memory and fingerings... And by the way, I also demanded a suggestion for her to talk about score reading in detail (which is extremely important), like explain what each symbol means, or how can I know which note is written there on the score (is it a C? is it a D? an E? a F? a G? an A? a B?)... I've always had these doubts. So, what do you think of the idea of her making a video explaining in detail about the topic of music reading? And by the way, from what I saw following her Instagram, she said that someday she will post a video on KZread talking about the topic of "Analysis & Interpretation". Watch out for it, haha...
I loved the editing for when you attempted the 1 minute session 🤣
Thats so awesome! You are such a good pianist! Love from Russia ❤️
I'm currently learning this and have reached the same section. I think many pianists play it too fast though. Good luck!
I think i just discovered from watching you in this still amazing attempt, that learning a piece, it's not that we become more superhuman if we are able to play it, but that we solved the muscle memory puzzle using our tool box of known techniques and organized it to produce the sound required by the harmony and music on the page. And even more important that we know exactly what it is we have learned at any point even if it is not what is written on the page or not final. It is what we have stored in our mind that we need to be aware of and work on constantly, and not what is on the page. I used to never know what i had learned from a new piece and would endlessly look at the score, not my mind, and not know what i had yet learned. It took ages to learn a piece. I somehow knew it but why didn't I look at what recorded in mind, i guess because i thought it was not worth looking. Wrong !
Omg! Finnaly!!
Hey! Watching from Hungary😄 You’re sooo great!
The ending for this piece is actually a monster. And PLEASE DO THE ENDING FOR THIS AMAZING PIECE
Good job at sight reading
Awesoooome!
I was hoping you would already have joined parts 1 and 2 in this video, it would be very cool to see the contrast between the one you just learned and the one that already has matured a bit!
Hi! You are one of the best pianists of youtube, your sight reading is simply incredible even if "friska remains friska", in another video you could play "Hikaru nara" of Shigatsu wa kimi no uso, it is the height for a pianist to play this piece!
Good tips on left hand; those jumps aren't easy! (Glad to know I'm not the only one who has to work at those.)
I love how you play it love you so much.🐱🤩🤩🤩
How are you so creative about your editing lol.
You should totally do Howl's Moving Castle next i'd love that ❤️❤️
Please make a video on sight reading, share your thoughts and pratice tips for that.
I'm truly amazed, I really need to improve my sight reading ...(and my left hand 😬) Btw...are you editing your own videos? 'Cause whoever does it..it's a genius, I literally laugh all the time 😂 Hugs from Romania 🤗🤗

Like I told you in part I, I have been working on this piece of music since I was 10 years old. I am 70 now and have given up. I did play it as well as you did after only one minute. I spent 60 years trying to do that good. LOL Why not spend a week or two learning that piece and play it for us all to hear and appreciate. I would love to hear you play it.

@@dollybird6290 Yes, to play on stage could take months to perfect the piece. I was just hoping to hear her play it at a noncritical level. Hell, she is almost there after 1 hour. I love her interpretation and speed of the piece. The piece should be emotional, fun and light but not too fast. If she makes a mistake in the middle, who cares, just keep going. The energy to play it perfectly magnifies the learning task by 100 times. Valentina Lisitsa plays it way to fast to try and impress us and butchers the piece in my opinion. Valentina hates the piece and it shows in her performance. She rushes to get through it.
