In Canada and Alaska they attack Kodiak and Grizzly bear regularly and on occasions even kill, which are about 1000lbs heavier than a male lion and an even more powerful roar. This is the reality you don't comprehend 🤣

Hyenas are much stronger than wolves. A lion catches on hyena from the clan and kills it while mocks the others and dares them to attack. I don’t think wolves have any chance. Hyenas are also intelligent maybe just as much as wolves. Wolves would basically not even engage with a male lion

Nice video! 20 wolves would be way too much for the lion I would say 8-10 wolves vs a lion is a good fight if the wolves wanted to kill the lion no matter what due to the greater stamina and teamwork of the wolves, but the lion could probably scare off 20 wolves if the wolves did not want to fight, similar to how they scare off and dominate 20 hyenas, this is still a very good video and I really enjoyed it!

This is a terrible mismatch in favor of the gray wolves. Sure, an average, fully-grown male lion in good physical condition could deal with a small pack of gray wolves, but *20?* A gray wolf pack of that size would be able to take down a fully-grown American bison bull (in the hypothetical scenario where the gray wolves decide to attack a bull without a herd, which almost never happens in reality due to the risk of some of the wolves dying). Also, although the average lion has more endurance than the other big cats, they still have short endurance overall, which gray wolves, being endurance hunters, take advantage of when attacking. With that being said, in my opinion, if a pack of 20 healthy gray wolves fought an average, fully-grown male lion in good physical condition, the wolves would win about 100% of the time.

I don't like the odds if it were the tiger but a lion on the other hand has formidable spirit which may be the difference between the lion and tiger. So the lion barely escapes with its life if its dealing with the largest species of wolves but the tiger being less experienced due to evolution gets eaten the same day if the wolves are hungry.
