I'm Alpashooter, and I want everyone to know who doesn't own an FV that it misses way more than it hits (and pens). I've been watching QB since just about game release, so this is for sure a dream come true. I'm almost positive this result will never be showing up on my screen again. Dude… pre-Arty rework, I one shotted several Waffle E-100s on Live Oaks for driving through the fences on the Northern border and on blind shots at the start of matches in Hidden Village around the road leading up to the high ground heavy brawling section due to how long it took for the first spots to occur often allowing me to fire the first loaded shell immediately and still get reloaded before the first spots occur on practical targets. The Grille should be thankful this isn’t still the one-shot Arty era.

​@@Zeknif1My record shot was 2380 damage on a super unicum player driving the FV-215B in Lakeville. I fired the HE with my T92 and penetrated sideways. I know I did that damage because next time he got spotted he only had 120 HP left and he tried to suicide in the lake, which I prevented by slamming another shell at him which went underwater and killed him about two seconds before he succeded. This 71% player insulted me during the whole match because it was still available the old chat but the 2 shots that killed him were insane. Old school arty was terrifying, you could potentially kill 98% of the tanks if the HE penetrated and the AP shells could ammorack everything.

@@juanjodpr The only thing more satisfying than killing a suicider before they could succeed were the Waffle One Shots… both cases you’d be cheered by both teams… well, there is also killing someone who team killed you three matches in a row during your Marks of Excellence grind… that was satisfying as hell… and bonus points, my whole team focused the shit out of him once I described the incident resulting in me getting to deliver the final shot.

yeah that guy unintentionally enabled a lot of the 13k damage by not even trying. Cent AX is a DPM monster in itself.

I think I saw this replay in someone else's channel but still it's baffling how epic this was. Everything was perfect. The entire left flank got massacred. Literally the massive avalanche of tanks was stopped by the shitbarn.

11:25 You are forgetting everyone's favorite ultimate derp gun. Tier5 KV with 152mm gun and HE rounds. For those who don't know at that time HE was making so much splash damage and so much criticals it was insane. Tier 5 tank that could easily make 5-600 dmg on tier 9-10 tank with who knows how many criticals like damaged gun, optics... On top of that when that shell penetrates target if I remember correctly it was instant 900 dmg with tier 5 tank. So many times we would make platons with 2 KVs and one tier 8-10 tank just to troll people.

I love the way DVadder12 was moaning like he did nothing (When he was highest damage from like 20 seconds in) and finished with 322 damage, 0 kills, 3rd last. Epic dude.

The FV4005 is the only tank that really transfers the same from Wot to Warthunder, well the giggles of penning someone certainly do

I get the feeling War Thunder is probably better. Actual accuracy, and when you blast some poor fool with the HESH you're rewarded with a big boom, a turret flying, or in the case of some light vehicles, instant vaporization.

I used to love this game so much. Havent played in years. Havent watched a WOT video in months. crazy game!

Was a beta tester, still enjoy great videos. Game isn't what it was for a free to play player, stopped playing just over two years ago. Like I said, I enjoy the videos but hate what the game has become. Good on all of you who still play.

All I know is I am new to WoT and still dealing with the power gap when I got my first tier 5 tank a week ago. Well played match.

I had a one in a million game yesterday, on console I took the T9 French medium AMX 30 out on Prokorovka and with no lights took it to the middle. Ended with a combined 11K by the end. Awesome match I had

This reminds me of Circon's "unlimited power" game in the other British tier10 TD on the same map. He too had insane luck with RNG and blew up tanks left and right.

NA is such a vocal server, which I find more of a curse than a blessing cause there’s so many clowns in chat lol

You have no idea how many times I’ve been in the borsig in a great position sitting there hidden getting good shots in and helping the team, and I get the message saying “dude you’re shit at this game and so passive play the fockin game” like they don’t realize I’m a support tank destroyer and I have no armor to even go into the battle like that 😂

I actually have many fond memories of the American Server All Chat. It’s one thing when you have trash talk on the all chat and the occasional griefer… but when you get those games where the trash talk is in fact both good natured and witty…such as when a KV-2 bounced their AP off my KV-2 and I asked why they loaded AP in a KV-2 only for me to fully aim a 25m shot to have my shell fly off into low earth orbit prompting an enemy to ask why I aimed in a KV-2. Or the 5 Arty v 5 Arty match on an old version of Swamp where a black prince ran over a tree at his spawn, resulting in one heavy tank, a tank destroyer and 2 artillery being killed BEFORE ANYONE WAS SPOTTED because of my blind shot and several Arty aiming for tracers from my shot and the resulting counterbattery sequence, prompting the rest of the players to just chat for the next five minutes while the surviving Arty sorted things out (once one team was reduced to two remaining arty, the rest of the players finally pushed towards the normal contact line).

Don't forget the T30, which at the time was the tier 10 American Heavy. That's what my clan ran in the first Clan Wars. It had its 750 Alpha still if I remember correctly.

In fact 704 was hiting for 850 back in the Day, is Hard to remember but all big Guns were nerfed by 100 damage.

@@Jonas-sg9uq Yeah I remember getting one-shot by the JPE100 a lot back in the day. I played mostly Russians though, and they used to get ammo racked if you even looked at them funny.

when you watch a game like that you want to get into your own FV, but you know it wont go like that and you will shoot for 400 with your 8k shells

@QuickyBaby, there have always been high alpha damage tanks in WoT. If I remember correctly, during the CBT the top tier SPG - S-51 - had 1500 alpha damage and destroying IS-3's in one shot was very common, if you managed to get a hit. Other than SPGs, there was the famous BL-10 gun on ISU-152 with 750 alpha damage. Object 704 was introduced later

World of Tanks is one of those videogames where you can be having a perfect one in a million game and your team still be flaming you in the chat for camping or whatever the reason may be.

The 183 mm hesh rounds go into the category of not fun to play against bordering on oppressive. In this category I would also include prem rounds with 300+pen (if your aiming you either dont need that much at all or its a shot that just shouldnt be possible), multiple arty/autoloading arty/LefH18b2 and guns that can take out 90% or more of the HP of a non spg vehicle of your same tier or one lower.

Nice job but you also have to give a shout out to the centurion who pulled in front of him at the cap circle to protect him from the most likely avenue of approach.

This would not have been fun from the business end of that 183 mm but it was friggin' hilarious to watch.

As another FV4005 player I agree the main drawback of this tank is the atrocious dispersion of 0.4. The main priority imo is to reduce it as much as possible. Still a glass cannon, you need to preaim a lot, but if you get the right equipment you can reduce it to about 0.34 (don't think I can squeeze anymore out without some special consumables) and at that point you're a decent enough sniper tank that you can have consistent games. Its just tough because of the time it takes to fully aim, but its a lot of fun!!!

I was struggling with TD15 for Obj. 260 missions, and only had a few tanks my knowledge was able to rely on! FV4005 was the tank that helped me fulfil my mission. On an older version I was able to score 10.5k. Luckily I was top tier... SparkSTheJokeR [E-F-F] salutes you QB!

The people who stayed to watch this game after dying to witness all these nasty shots definitely time well spent, some of those shots like that one flying over the tracks, good god I went "OOOF" to that one. Tanks like this always spark a joy, whether it be KV2 o'clock or the Shitbarn clapping the absolute BAJEEZUS out of anyone in front of it.

YEEEEEP. I ground this tank after seeing a battle similar to this (I was in the battle). It's not a great grind. You have to grind some good tanks with atrocious starting guns on them. At least it's a better grind than the British mediums. It doesn't get fun until you finally get the big gun on the Charioteer.

I have seen this replay before, but it’s good to have a different commentator this time.

KZread algorythm recommended me this video when the last time i played WoT as like 2012-2013 i remember my best game was with the Frog clan (was one of the best clan at the moment iirc) we were having fun in low tier and i managed to pull an 11 kills & 6k dmg with T1 heavy of the US Tech tree, good memories

The Fear factor is what this tank and the Fv183 was always known for. Trick is get your aim dispersion down at more than 300 meters. And stay at range sniping with this and not getting spotted is the only way to play this TD or the 183. But epic result but to be fair to the enemy team they just were unlucky that all the guys shots hit and shells penned. Nothing you can do. And its massively map dependent. My max was 7793 in the 183 years ago. Always trying to top i

Meanwhile my last game in the FV, 4 total shots (all HESH) taken; first shot drops into the ground on a perfectly aimed shot. Second shot does zero damage on the side of a Standard B. Third shot, the only somewhat sketchy shot, fully aimed in but not much of a target to hit. Fourth shot BOUNCED off the side of a SKORPION G! We win, and I did zero damage because I have the worst RNG with this tank.

Yep. I use the better AP shells and that still happens.

In 2011 the 704 and ISU-152 hit for 850 alpha, they got a -100 alpha nerf about a year later…

That was fun.

And his team was still behind for most of the game 😂

My highest damage record was 10.5k with my T110E4, im really shaking and exicted at the same time, my heart wants to burst out 😂

the highest in the earliest days after release were around 750 on AP and it was the T30 iirc, it wasn't even a TD back then. it used to be meta during clan wars due to its alpha i don't quite remember its top gun having over 800 alpha

You are wrong. There wasnt tier10 tank destroyers Back in 2011, highest alpha was t95 and obj 704 with 750. 850 was Alpha damage of tier10 tds when they introduced those later

No, original top tier, tier 9, had 750 on the 704. When the 268 was added for a couple patches it had 850 before it was nerfed to 750.

Yeah, K-91 didn't like the CAX playing behind everyone and picking up 1 shots, though Alpha kind of made everyone one shots.

4:00 shot went through the turret corner, it can pen at that angle

Very impressive game you are the king ,i only got the hiest 4023 damege in a game

My highest dmg was between 10-11k dmg with the FV215B but ran out of ammo since it's only have 35 shells 😢

Hi QB / everyone. Question for you. What is a decent tier 8 SPG please. I've been working the German tech tree and love the Hummel and GW Panther at tier 6 and 7 but the GW Tiger at tier 8 feels terrible. So I wondered what's a good one to work towards in order to platoon happily with my mates at tier 8? Any suggestions welcome

Pfft. Played for roughly 10 years off and on. Got just under 10k a few times. A few 9k battles. Killed 9 tanks once. Only ever MOE 2 tanks. Ever. T95E3 and 1 other medium i literally never use and have no idea when or how i marked it. 78% ish on the T95E3. I get low rolled a LOT and bounce off the ass of light tanks so much it almost feels personal 😑

Back in the day I had a British tier 10 Td. I hit a Mauss broad side for more than 1400 pts . I have over 27000 battles all in the beginning years when they were adding different weather. Boy that made us excited

A true one in a million was blasting a WT auf E100 through the face with a kv2 in a fail platoon. Those were better days
