Which so rarely happens because they are usually gone. I did 1 vs 5 for the first time a couple of days ago. And nobody noticed.

when I first started playing I didn't know that I could quit the battle after my tank was destroyed, so I just sit there and watching others played till the end.

Winning a 1 vs 7 at any level for any players is a great game. Congrats QB and Rock on Tankers 🤘😎

Man the enemies were just tomatoes and bots....not everything is rigged because youre trash. Youre saying all 29 players were in on the rig, so his team needed to die fast and leave him 1v7, and then enemies feeded themselves? You do realize thats literally impossible...games are rigged with afk players.

That turbo really made the difference this game

The Stug is the tank I played most of my games before I stopped playing a few years back. Managed to get three marks of excellence with it and some amazing games, so please, show some respect for this awesome TD haha. Btw, T67 was my nemesis...god I hate the T67 haha.

@@unnecessaryammoracki stopped playing low tiers a while back because every game i would see a full platoon of t67.. they never got spotted due to high camo and they would just snipe everyone. glad thats over with lol

The StuG is the first vehicle I ever 3-marked, and my most played tank. If you tune it and have a good crew, it feels like a E25. The closest TD i found that feels remotely close to it, at the same tier, is the SU-85.

Rammer, Binos and a camo net. Or Rammer, concealment device, turbo.

Played the StuG recently for the first time in probably 5-6 years (on Console) and despite its weaknesses it's absolutely deadly given the right circumstances. I think if the speed was buffed to 45 kph, the view range was buffed to 330, and the ammo count was buffed from 44 to 60, it wouldn't be so bad. It may be a rather underpowered vehicle but it just works (plus I love it for the history surrounding it as one of the most iconic tank destroyers of WW2).

A reverse speed buff would definitely help in close quarters or on a ridge.

Its definitely a better tank on console than PC. It's gun handling and accuracy is better. Plus what makes a huge difference is console having the advanced concealment instead of a camo net. I just feel like I get spotted way less traversing to get my gun on target on console than on PC. Also the commander skills for camo on console are pretty OP if you start to stack a bunch of them with advanced concealment. I've got my still concealment down to like 150M and moving like 170M on my Hellcat which is roughly equivalent to 68% camo stationary and 62% moving on PC. Which is better than some of the sneakiest light tanks on PC.

The StuG 3 G is actually surprisingly good, despite the low ammo capacity. I played it only for a few dozen battles and somehow managed to get two marks of excellence

Funnily enough most of my best rounds are in random low tier tanks. Sometimes it's magical with the little tin cans

I remember WAY back in the beta I was playing my Stug and I was in a 1v1 vs. a SU-152 and I ran out of ammo... I circled around them until the timer ran out. Good times :')

The Stug is always been decent for me, decent pen, decent accuracy, just a decent tank. Although with that said it has very weak armour. God remembered one shooting these with the KV-1S (pre-nerf) those were the crazy days.

Consistency, intelligence, instinct and luck. That's what we need for these results.

"Never give up" makes for some great battles. When the chips are down, a win feels all the sweeter. Even a loss doesn't seem that bad if you've managed to wring every last ounce from the battle. What make this one special from my perspective is that it's a half-blind turretless TD, with much reduced flexibility. So many would have just folded in this situation. Hats off.

This is perfect play of unicorn waiting whole time in the back letting arty to spot for him 😂 I known, I known, stug is not for frontal attack.

Low tiers are fun to take the stress off sometimes I think. like ones every 5 or 6 or 7 games or something I'll tier down and play a tier 4-6 silly tank and just stop caring so much about what's best and just having fun, then back to grinding premiums for money or grinding field mods or whatever I was doing before.

I think that was one of my favs too, amazing. Just goes to show big dmg numbers doesn't always make the game. Ggs!

StuG III G was my first crush 10 years ago, still one of my most played tank, still got it in my garage even if I play play way more high tier tanks. QB's build is good, no need to gun rammer because the rate of fire is already fast enough. It's a great tank to be sneaky, I see it like a balanced E25 at tier 5. The problem of the tank are the view range, low ammo capacity and you loose your motor so often in German fashion. Great game QB it was so fun to see that one.

I love the StuG IIIG. Pretty decent gun. Solid camo. One of the better Tier 5 TD's for sure - especially with this gun not the derp.

I loved the Stug. Veiw range didn't bother me, so often you have to find your own targets that I often played TDs with binos anyway.

Great game QB even when you were 5 shots shy of a Fadin's medal. Time was on your side, you could have tracked the arty and kill it with your last shell! Having said that it was a well deserved Kolobanov's medal. Expertly performed, sound tactical judgement even when on a lower tier. One of those seven tanks that opposed you could have killed you easily had you not relocated as you did. Well done and a whopper of an instructional video.

I enjoy low tiers. I just came to PC (Dec 5th, 2023) after playing on console for 7 years, and although it has moments of frustration, i forgot how much fun it is to play. GG's on the comeback!

I think the StuG and other low tier vehicles from the original nations are showing their age quite a lot. I remember TD's having quite poor view range as standard. Newer trees have stats relevant to the times, the old ones don't.

German TDs were my first tech tree branch and I loved them... back when the game was slower and turretless (well... there weren't many turreted ones, hellcat and wolverine are the only ones I remember) TDs had their place in the meta, with the after-fire camo advantage I've played a few games in the Hetzer recently and it felt like a shadow of what it used to be

Problem with the Stug 3 - Low hp - Low ammunition - Low damage - Low view range - Whenever you shoot is lower plate the transmission gets destroyed all the time because german engineering ....

I got a shameful Kolobanov's about 5 years ago. I was in the FV304. We were badly outnumbered but one teammate was capping in a heavy tank. Our few remaining other teammates were hunted down and killed. The enemy team didn't prioritize the heavy tank in their base and he completed the cap right before they got to him. They killed him a split second after. That counted as a Kolobanov's for me. Felt pretty dirty to be honest.

Mate the stug is class, one of the best guns and tier 5, some armour and decent camo. Most fun tier 5 outside of the T 34 imo.

These are the games we play WOT for.. sadly they are 1-1000 battles!... Happy New Year QB

So the StuG in WoT is the complete opposite of its real world version? Because that was an accurate and deadly tank hunter, and it could carry far more than 44 rounds with a little crew ingenuity.

Thanks QB. Sad to say but I like the STUG. I agree it is a pretty weak vehicle. I like it because when I was making plastic models it was one of the first I ever made and so I the STUG was the same for me as the Tiger was when you when you first played. It is one of my most played vehicles and yes I have definitely lost more than I have won. I gave it the best camo rating I could and used it as a sniper. Sadly I had to rely on others spotting for me. I still love this vehicle. It will always be in my garage and heart. Thankyou for showing me how it should be played.

Idea for a video(s) People send in clips, good or bad, and offer them as content for you to break down and comment on what can be done better and what the player in question should be thinking about. Think it could be good showing the mind set on reading the game as it progresses while using different classes and styles of tanks. Thoughts?

i was a payed player on the NA server, but now I am in Asia and have been building up my account with only free to play because I refuse to pay twice. I have one tier 7. 6 tier 6's, and 9 tier 5's after more than a year of playing most everyday for multiple hours. I don't know how how WarGaming can justify their $15 a month rate + 10$ a month WoT Plus + Battle Pass + Gold for retraining to be competitive. When I very rarely have a good game with a decent team it is very rewarding. Most of the time I just see the disparity the pay to win creates and makes me sad.

Oi, the Stug III G is a good tank! I got a measly 1500 battles with it (was my credit grinder before I had premium tanks) because it is so consistent. Cheap ammo, good accuracy, good rate of fire so the missed shells aren't that bad of a thing. But yeah it is a sniper TD, not meant to spot, dependent on having tanks spotted for you. It houses my oldest, most played crew which also drives the Skorpion G, E25, Kanonenjagdpanzer 105 (similiar playstyle), etc. Before the HP buffs it only had 36 shells of ammo, ain't that nice? :D

Ohh, the Stug is a formidable tank! 150 pen on its regular rounds, 194 on gold, pretty comparable dpm to the T67... Yes, it has low viewrange and relatively low ammo but 7° gundepression? What not to like?! So do not believe the slander, Stug is a really fun tank at tier 5. And even the derp is usable! (you need to spam gold tho, but that's expected.)
