1 Hour Soft & Fluffy Dinner Rolls
These Soft and fluffy dinner rolls only take 1 hour to make. no need for double proofing or anything still they're The Best I ever tried.
Ingredients
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp butter, softened
3.5-4 cups flour
1 Tbsp instant yeast( I used fast acting rapid rise yeast which only requires one rise)
melted butter
Oven temp: 375F

I’ve made these about 5 times in the past couple weeks. My husband loves them. I make them in knots instead of little balls. I don’t think I’ll need to buy dinner rolls again. So easy and delicious! Thank you!!

Hi making this right now, I just kneaded it and shaped balls to 9 pieces. I also set a 30 mins timer currently 6:17 am here, this is for my parents breakfast. Update: it's 6:47 and I it it the oven 10 mins ago now.
