Eddie is a good father. And he's proud of his son. Giving him the right confidence.

This is some quality time with your son, congrats on being an awesome parent, you are setting that little man up for success. Great content as well.

the relationship he has with Max is so sweet, you can see how much they value their time together.

Good job guys, Eddie, it's amazing how good a relationship you have with your son, so many kids would be better off if their fathers were as attentive and inclusive as you are with him. It’s a great lesson for us all. Eddie admits himself that his drive when he was younger made it difficult to give his young kids as much time as they ideally needed. But he’s teaching us here that you can involve your kids in what it is you are focussed on without compromising what you achieve yourself. I’d be really interested to hear if Eddie would advise his younger self to get Max involved in some way at an even younger age.

Its so awesome to see the two spending time and working out together. Man I wish my dad would have spent time with me on a hobby we both enjoyed.

these workout videos with Max are great, he's gonna learn a lot when he's a teen.

Father and son, what a great duo! Max's future has so much potential, if lifting is what he enjoys.

The way Eddie is progressing, he is going to be an Olympia legend. Can't wait to hold sight of him on the Olympia stage.

I love that you can tell that you are focusing on your son doing proper technique over just doing massive weight (which he may or may not be able to do because he’s a beast like his old man but none of that matters without proper technique.) this is how you properly train a young man.

Max is getting substantially bigger in short time since you started training with him. I am very impressed!

As someone who lifted with my dad around Max's age. It's something he'll remember fondly. I havent seen my old man in over a year but i'm heading to see him this summer and we'll be lifting together for sure.

max form really improving as well as his strength. lat exercises looked great and controlled with him, hammer curl form looking much better and i also get the feeling he is understanding more when you speak to him as well, in terms of gym terminology and reasoning behind sets and such

Max has improved so drastically in the last few months... IMPRESSIVE for such a young boy. Obviously his techniques need improvement but his strength and focus is excellent. Question... why does Max look like a young Tom Stolmann?

I was doing 3/5 of my sessions in roughly an hour for the first 4 weeks of my program 😂 Great stuff, a time limit really gives an intense workout

Your son Max is a B E A S T Just like You His Deadlift form is perfect🏋️

if max wants to, he could be the next world level athlete and there's nothing that will stop him except his own aspirations in life. I will gladly observe whatever happens in the future. Best of luck!
