    Dr recently I diagnosed with hashimoto disease..I m addicted to tea which made of tea bag n 1 tab spoon of milk…I feel headache if I don’t consume so plz guide me .if I start diet which is for hashimoto but take tea too..is it ok ✅ or I should not drink my tea at all
