1 cup oatmeal and 1 carrot! No white sugar and no flour! Oatmeal carrot cake in 5 minutes of preparation. Mixed everything and into the oven! Amazing recipe. Delicious and very simple. Prepare good and healthy recipes with us! Everyone will love carrot and oatmeal pie!
1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
1 large carrot.
Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
3 eggs.
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil. A few drops of vanilla.
A pinch of salt. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 cup (150 g) coconut sugar or any other sweetener.
1 cup (100 g) walnuts.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 40-45 minutes.
2 tablespoons mascarpone or cream cheese.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon honey.

1 cup (100 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
1 cup (100 g) walnuts.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 banana.
1 cup (240 ml) water.
1/2 cup (50 g) roasted peanuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 10-13 minutes.

Кокосовый сахар-это тоже сахар. Вообще любой сахар вреден. Плюс фрукты, ягоды-это фруктоза. Рецепты хорошие, но надо заменять сахар или вообще без него
Очень растянуто , можно уснуть . Как такие люди работают?

Coconut sugar contains 350kcal per 100 g and here he uses 150 g of coconut sugar you calculate . And on top of that there's dry cranberry and etc. Here's my opinion. Good luck to you 😀.

Well it's not something you would eat every day or in huge quantities. Mouthwash is worse for you! It's a snack not a meal!
