I actually got this very turntable about a month ago. I was upgrading from a base model Audio Technica table. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly heavy the platter was. I was very surprised to see that no RCA cables were included, I was hooking it to my existing receiver so I needed the RCA cables, luckily I had some. I have no plans to use it with Bluetooth or even to connect it to a computer, so I haven’t tried those connections. When all is said and done I am extremely happy with this turntable. I bought it with no knowledge of this brand and could find nothing about it. In fact your review is the first thing I’ve seen about it. As I said though, I am very happy with it and my records have never sounded better.

As may 21st, Amazon even has a $30 off coupon for this turntable making it only $130! UPDATE: ok, based on your review, I bought one! Will arrive today. I see the price went up $10, the $30 coupon is gone and they only have 4 left in stock! Can't wait to set it up when I get home!!

It actually seems really nice! I was guessing $250. But I can't help but wonder...was the tracking force accurate? Did you ever test it? My OCD was going nuts!! Lol

I LOVE the look of this TT even as a manual I LOVE the way it looks I love the finish there are ways to keep dust and finger prints from surface ,like don't touch it ,there is no need to and a microfiber cloth will keep it clean ,having dust covers on my TT's I just pass a micro fiber cloth over them once a week and they stay clean and those accents on the acrylic cover are what keeps that piece on TT which I think is great ,I would almost trade in my C-10 for this one the platter wobble is not bad it is the way it was cast that the edges are not even ,I have the garrard AT-60 TT with a heavy aluminium platter as it spins the top of platter is straight but at the edge of it there is one little spot that dips a little it was how it was cast ,the price is fantastic very tempted to get one I mean it is a new brand name but it looks great the base is real solid wood not hollow like the fluance brand TT not impressed with the way it is built both made in china but I would choose the lucinia over fluance you have a solid build TT compared to a hollow unit ,not saying they are terrible they always looked nice to me but isn't it what they complain about on some other TT's like the at-lp120 plastic build but hollow and a lot of the other brands fromaudio technica has not to mention other brands that use the same kind of build hollow ,and I like that you mentioned that the spindle is to be oiled before using cause as you can see the bottom of spindle bearing has a ball bearing but it will dry up cause it is not a sealed bearing and the oil will dry up in time even the C-10 recomends that it be oiled every 6 months depending how much it is used there are lot of TT's you have reviewed that has the same type bearing system and should remind the viewer about the spindle bearing and bluetooth to me is not important there are very cheap but well made bluetooth recievers and transmitters that cost from 5 to 20 dollars that are battery charged or powered that you can hook up to any part of your system ,i have a device that cost only 5 dollars that recieves and transmits blue tooth to any receiver on a batt charge and it lasts up to 8 hrs on a charge ,I used it on my dual ,garrard audio technica my tv anything that has a headphone jack or outputs it can save a lot of money ,i use this mainly at my job since they upgraded my computer but it does not have BT unless I get the comp expert to set it up but found out they had no time , but like you said 2 thumbs up is a fantastic TT to me I like this one even as a manual JRo

A nice TT. For my money though, I would spend a few bucks more and get an Audio Technica. If the platter is cast iron, is the motor strong enough to have years of service without its failing?

Funny that you mention the Crosley C6, because it has a similar tonearm and Audio Technica needle. It even has the same exact rear layout as the C6 - right down to the buttons, power switch and outputs.

I have a concern... This turntable's platter I've finally confirmed to be iron. Iron is a magnetic metal. To those who own this tt: Is the platter magnetic or not? And if it is, aren't you worried about it adversely affecting the cartridge? Thanks.

External POWERED speakers would connect directly to the RCA out connectors; they don't need or use a 'dedicated' connection...if they're not powered speakers, then you'd need to connect to an amplifier (via the RCAs) which has the speakers connected to it. Or, of course, the turntable would 'hopefully' use its bluetooth to connect to external bluetooth speakers.

Absolutely right. This is based on a generic Chinese design that they are pumping out under a hundred different brand names. Fairly decent for entry level but not much more cash will get you a much better turntable.

Nice review. I enjoy a lot of your videos. Am curious though, which of 1ByOne bluetooth turntables do you think is better? This model or the other table you reviewed for Vlogmas, Day 15? (Link below) I like the appearance of the older table more, but like the sub-platter design with the Luscinia. Interesting design also with the counter-weight. Also, did you ever get the bt function to work? I'd like to get a second turntable that has bluetooth capabilities. Thanks in advance and also for your reviews. kzread.info/dash/bejne/n6ZkrrqbndLMdqQ.html

Appears to share a lot of parts with the Fluance RT80 and 81. Likely made on same factory in China. The auto stop based on output is the biggest giveaway. Not a bad turntable but a little more cash will get you something significantly better. Bluetooth and USB are largely pointless unless you really need them. Ultimately you lose your "analogue" listening the second you engage them.
