Quite a bittersweet average for me! On one hand, it was great to be able to handle my nerves well after the +2 without messing up the rest of the solves, but on the other hand, it would’ve been so cool to get sub-NZ NR in NZ, and another 1.4x average! This average is somehow my finals PR and my non-PR PR, which is really cool!
Overall this is PR4 for me, and placed me 3rd at Beachside Auckland 2024, the competition I organised! HUGE CONGRATS to Yuki Gao on winning with a 1.43 PR Average, and Alexander Vujcich for coming 2nd with a 1.61 Average!
Hoping I can get more 1.4 and 1.5 averages this year and eventually break through to 1.3 territory! 😃
All things considered, this is still a really nice average to get, and had some very nice turning!
