I'm amazed at the KNOWLEDGE you have, let alone the physical portion you undertook to get this all done. That is one SERIOUSLY insulated place... it's basically a sauna, as far as I can tell. Impressive!

Vous savez, il y en a quelques-uns sur terre qui ont portés des masques inefficaces contre la covid 19. Virus qui a fait deux fois moins de morts pendant le pic de mortalité de 2021 (chiffres truqués) que pendant la grippe hivernale de 2015 (En France) alors que de tout temps, personne ne portait de masque pendant les grippes. J'ajoute que si l'on tient compte du vent, pas de soucis contre les poussières et je présume qu'il était en apné pendant un retour de vent. Personne n'aime respirer cela, en revenche, le casque antibruit est plus utile. En tout cas, c'est une magnifique construction, bravo! Cordialement.

I have that same Makita circular saw. The thing is an absolute beast at cutting studs and just about anything that's wood. You did an awesome job, you're very knowledgeable.

It is a metal roof. Very popular in Russia because it is cheap

Of course you can build something like that in the U.S. It depends on local building regulations, but certainly it's possible in many places. The electrical and plumbing would look different but still the same general idea. The DIY septic tank is a no-go in many places, and if you're planning on actually living in that house (the builder isn't), you'd want something much larger. And as other comments indicate, the concrete slab is a source of concern.

Yo soy ingeniero de Venezuela y estoy muy impresionado por lo complejo de construir esas casas. En el trópico se vacía una loza de piso de concreto, se levantan las paredes con bloques huecos de arcilla, se frisan y los servicios son muy simples. Prácticamente no se usa madera, no hay aislamiento, ni barrera de vapor, ni calefacción.

I am saying to this gentleman that as built is building. The workman ship in the UK is now very shoddy. Because half of them are self taught and the only people that suffer is the customer's

Nice cabin , but no foundation to speak of, structure can easily slide into the river, also way too close to the water. So much work and no knowledge of real building rules! Typical Russian,no research done. Roman structures are still standing after 2000 years.

Great work; everything done precisely. Where I live there has to be a weather gasket under the wood floor sill plate between the concrete.. Helps keep up little crawlies...

You worked so hard you knew how to do everything it was amazing watching you!!
