    There has to be a law for workplace bullying. Once you have law, hr will bring policy in place... Performance evaluation , rewards must be tied to no bullying behavior and any violation must be publicly dealt with. This will create awareness for all, safety for observers and justice for victim. People will deter from using bullying to control people. Also other means such as promoting peace kindness should be implemented- by forcing people to meditate initially, one hour of voluteer work.. mandatory 😀. Reward people for peace, kindness , helping and volunteer - volunteer could be to volunteer your colleague in his or her work. Promote equality and inclusion in workplace. If possible teach dhamma at workplace 🙂... Encourage people to follow 8fold path...

    Yes, where is the law to address this kind of predatory, destructive behaviour that is widespread and tolerated in many workplaces?

    My work place mobbing followed me home 🏡 I even found out that my own government and family participated in it, it's also called "GANGSTALKING" a.k.a. zersetzung 😢
