I was thinking the same thing. For that kind of money I can get ocean front in the states. Maybe not Miami Beach, but there are plenty of other places where 1.5 mil will get you next to the beach.

It is a beautiful home and I especially liked the main bedroom and outdoor pool patio area. But, for this kind of money, the view should be ocean panoramic, an enclosed 4 car garage at minimum would be a must for me. I would trade off one bedroom and some square footage for a much better view. Very nice presentation as always.
