Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video I complete another armoured project. WIth the Takom kit lacking a few details, the 3D printer had to come to the rescue...and some jeweler's chain too!
Paints used:
Tamiya Red Oxide Primer
AK Real Colors Olive Drab and Olive Drab faded.
Tamiya Rubber Black and German Grey
Mig Rust Wash
Vallejo Khaki and ghost grey.
Vallejo German grey
Mr Color Tire color
AK dry textured earth
Mixture of Mig mud splashes

I love seeing builds of utility type vehicles. They're a nice change of pace and the industrial-military combination always results in a ton of cool detail to look at. All that's to say, great build :)
I am sure that your KZread channel will reach a million subscribers..because your work is more than amazing

Hopefully sooner than later. I don’t want to be turning wrenches until I’m 80
Building model tanks is so much fun. And yes, those multi-part tracks are quite a chore.

It’s definitely something I’ll revisit
Great job. It's nice to see different variants of common builds

It’s been fun to switch things up. More opportunity to be creative rather than accurate
Like the little details - like those latches - you added.

Thanks Bryan. I’m hoping some people make the connection like you did that you don’t need a 3D printer to enhance a kit
Top notch work mate! The 3d parts really added that little bit extra to your build!

That means a lot coming from you, I really enjoy your work!
Woohoo, welcome back, been missing you. This is a cute build. Really like how the welding tanks turned out, and the chipping/weathering overall is nicely in scale.
I remember seeing part of that model take shape on the Model Officers 48 hour Build in which I participated as an observor but now I see it in its entirity I'd have to say you did an excellent job. So well done you.

It was definitely on the 48/48! I’ll probably be doing a German tank next time the armour bug hits.
*Wonderful work on this armored recovery "tank", and the result is awesome!*

Very Nice!! Well done!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Funny coincidence, as I was down at my favorite hobby shop, today, I happened to pick this model up, and check it out, but unfortunately, I ignored the inner voice saying buy it, and sadly, did not purchase it..😢. On track part, you were actually very wise to purchase aftermarket tracks. The tracks on the Takom M3 series, in my opinion aren't that great, and I had issues with them in the past. Those looked like Master Club tracks you were using!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

They are master club tracks but they are difficult to get a hold of here in Canada. I used them as a reference to 3D design ones I can print in the future. I want to do a USMC Sherman on Iwo Jima this year
Greetings sir, that was a excellent build, the painting and weathering was perfect , what's up next? Best regards from Australia 👍👍👍

Thanks dude! There will be more armour down the road.
The 50 HMG was a GREAT addition, was bummed it didn't come with the kit itself.

It’s probably because they were not standard and a field modification on some of them
Wow that's a great little model especially as 1/35 are so fiddler to do in the first place l got two WW2 Jeep,s with trailer's to build in the same scale .

Thanks Mark. I need to do a keep as well…the one in the stash has been now robbed of a trailer and a .50 lol
Hi ya Robbie, Great work there it looks like you enjoyed it, apart from the tracks😀, I was starting to wonder when you were going to post next.

Yeah it’s hard when a project falls through that took a month to build and you start a new one. It’s a two month set back

Where did you get the painting handle from that looks useful for armor builds? Great build and useful information. I fancy have a go at this one myself!

I designed and printed it myself. Should be for sale soon.
That's a nice model. I always try and add some texture or extra detail. To me if it lengthens the build then I have got more value from the model
