Tamiya did an excellent kit and then you really put some magic into it with that finish. Great video and build.

this 86 got a boxer 4 2-litre engine turbo designed by Toyota and Subaru that gives almost 200bhp, much more than the older AE86 gave

⁠​⁠@@boogie2353that is the TRD model of the 86. I have a 2017 86 base, and it 200-205. The TRD has a 2.4L boxer engine while the base model has a 2.0L boxer engine.

the new 86 existed due to the exit of Initial D where the hero car was a AE86, later fitted with a TRD turbo engine
