Have been rowing for three weeks and barely breaking a sweat until I came across your videos. The drills and the body weight video have helped immeasurably and my heart rate monitor agrees. Thank you!

I'd love to see your Force Curves for each phase of the Drill, and the curve for the full stroke.

Will see what I can do. I’ve got another idea for a video that could involve that level of data analytics to make force application point. Thanks for commenting.

@@Neil_Bergenroth_Rowing_Coach Just to set expectations: I'm not a young buck, straining at the lead. I'm a 75 year old male, with a bypass surgery and a new hip behind me. I'm coming off the couch after 20 years or so, just trying to stay alive. I focus on proper technique, to extract maximum value from each stroke. I have designed an 80/20 polarized plan and do 30 minutes/day, six days/week, increasing by 5 minutes each week (I'm on 35 daily mins now). I just want my force curves to be properly shaped, not to touch the ceiling. After the first week I can extend the curve completely to the right end of the X-axis (but not much elevation on the Y-axis). This is just info. I'm not looking for free, private coaching (that's why I bought your book). Not all of your readers are collegiate studs, some of us are just trying to hang on. Your book (and these videos) are the principle tools I'm using.
