1/150 Micro RC "Dual Mode Vehicle" DMV-931

I modified TOMYTEC 1/150 scale Dual Mode Vehicle (DMV-931).
DMV is a vehicle that can run on both roads and rails.
Normally it runs on roads as a bus, but by protruding railroad wheels it can run on rails.
The microcontrollers for both the transmitter and the receiver are ATtiny3217, and the motor drivers are DRV8835 (two units) and DRV8212.
The driving motor is a diameter 4mm DC motor. The steering and mode change motor are 3.9mm stepper motors.
The motors were purchased from online shops, and the gears were taken from broken digital cameras that were disassembled.
Communication is carried out via serial communication between two Bluetooth modules (RN-4871U).
The battery is a Li-Po (55mAh).
The thin copper wire is magnet wire with a diameter of approximately 0.08mm.
[Dimensions (Bus mode)]
Length 53.5mm
Width 13.8mm
Height 18.0mm
Wheelbase 26.5mm
Outer tire diameter 5.0mm
バッテリーはLi-Po(55mAh)です。

What an amazing approach to challenging yourself. You decided instead of making it smaller, which I've seen you've built smaller vehicles; you chose to make it more complex. Simply amazing! Thank you for sharing this with us!

As someone who works with "N" scale models as a hobby. The stuff this guy does is extremely difficult. And then put the applied engineering on top of the already difficult task since this requires both programming and a degree of familiarity with the circuits used that few hobbyists got. I would sometimes wish that a manufacturer picked up on some of the ideas this guy has! Tomytec, Kato, Faller are you listening out there???

I am once-again absolutely flattened by my astonishment at how you make such a feat of engineering look so easy every time! And even then- you take it one step further and completely lay-out the items used in a clear and concise manner. Cheers again for such a wonderful showing of talent and good old-fashioned hard-work!

I think it's the pwm control of the dc traction motor; it's a pity, probably there are better (but more expensive) controllers that use higher pwm frequency; or probably... there's no solution with that tiny motors 😊

@@romyaz1713 maybe... I see the author's video with a lot of expertise so probably there's no solution. those tiny motors have no inertial mass so they respond sketchy to pwm impulse and make that awful noise.
