Yes, but no. They know we want clone commanders, and to get their bang for the buck they're gradually releasing a commander each year so we stay hooked.

How do U get sets early if your not a LAN anymore?

AskMandR: I recently discovered a green Kashyyk Trooper in my scrap bins that’s worth more than a pretty penny. Now I think I have the collection bug. Is there any advice you have as far as what kind of sets and mini figs I should be looking out for and how many I should buy??

The current tie fighter helmet price is insane. I got the scout trooper and Boba Fett around Christmas last year and missed out on that one retiring and didn't want to pay $100 for a resold one. Definitely regretting that a bit now

the tie fighter helmet was lego exclusive, has the 2 printed imperial seals that you cant get for cheap and is most likely the best looking helmet. on top if you are in the helmets you need all of them. can see the same happening to the dark trooper and whatever else becomes exclusive next year

Ask MandR: recently I got some really good deals on NIB star wars sets on eBay from various sellers. However, I was very disappointed when 4/5 sets showed up with box damage/creases/dents (even asking sellers for extra padding/protected packaging.) I noticed this issue is worse around the holidays with terrible package handling. Any advice for ordering new sets from eBay or Rakuten to not get damaged NIB sets? Should I order new sets from Kohl's, Walmart, Macy's, Target instead And eat the extra cost?
