I live in Spencer and never realized how bad south of the bridge really was. Now I know and I'm at a loss of words. Such devastation.

well the water just took over a whole city there’s alot more than oil in the water lol every cleaning chemical under the sinks in there

I'm in south Spencer but we lucked out and only got our apartment parking lot and some lawn flooded

Just sad! Prayers to everyone affected by this flooding and all the pain and misery it is causing!

i've been staying at the Reston Inn in Spencer they have Truck Parking for Truckers. Well, looks like they got flooded too. everything's flooded. wow. that looks bad. How do you fix flood damage like that and how long does that take? How many restoration companies are there? or whatever its called they need dozens of them or more hundreds. That's going to take forever to clean up.

Bring the boats up to where you can reach them, there's supposed to be more rain coming. Bad storms predicted for Modday thru Tuesday for the 5 state area. God have mercy!

Used to live about a half an hour south of Spencer. Sad to see this.

There also can be legislation to stop weather modification. There are 6 or 7 states that have been aware of the weather enhancement that can be done. It has been going on for many years. Taking care of our environment is important. Listening to scientists ,instead of a politician like John Kerry, is important to get more factual information..

Actually it kind of is the first time, there has been flash flooding but nothing like this. I've had family living there going back 60 years

No joke. Same here!! I've never In my own 45 years alive or my grandma being alive.. plus that 10 years.. So that's like what 100 years that this has never happened. Anyway I have 3 relatives there caught in this right now. I'll tell ya.. this was not expected.

No worries climate change isn't real. Thankfully I live on the equator everything's good here

Next, the floods all over the US are getting worse because of fossil fuel burning. The billions of dollars In flood losses in the upper Midwest this week are the result of warmer air holding more moisture.
