Pretty sure the animal hair they found in BK apartment belongs to one of Inan's pets. He has a cat and a dog. He was out walking his dog about 2am. Same time K was taking Murphy out. Make sense why Murphy wasn't harmed, he's also a hard core vegan and animal lover. Works in Pullman, he's a chef. Kaylees ex bf could literally see her window from his bedroom window. Crime Circus has a video on him that you should watch. Kaylee was leaving him and moving to Texas the literal next day! She was going to start a new life with out him..he has the means, motive and opportunity imo.

@@michellerella8351 I have no idea about that but it is common knowledge that she had completely moved out of that house and had only came back there to show Maddy her new car and spend her last couple nights before she left to Texas with her. Crime Circus has a really good video on her ex, Jack, you should check it out. Hes the only one that I’ve seen that had the means, motive and opportunity.

Its so odd because parents weekend was the weekend Xana's dad supposedly changed or fixed her lock. It makes me wonder if there was already a known issue going on and she had a reason to be afraid. There is a wheel well for the spare tire in the trunk of newer model sedans. I feel like that is where he kept the knife hidden. I need to know what his occupation was if he wasn’t a student; he was living in Moscow; but still associated with college life/students. What was he doing or not doing that angered his mother? How was he failing in her eyes? Or in his parents/families eyes? I am also curious on his birth order if he has siblings. On another topic, your eyes are so expressive when you see meaning in a card and you “need” to look up at the camera, at your audience, as if to say, “Oh my gosh!” It’s a tell and it indicates authenticity because you don’t do it all the time so it’s involuntary, in a way. No it's just me - I do put the "dreamy" filer from imovie onto the videos so they all look aesthetically similar lol - but someone in the past videos commented that the lights seem to move at certain times so I feel I was led to using this filter so that extra signs could be taken from it, confirmations and such.

That could be it, but I feel like the knife would have been on his person at the time as opposed to in the truck, but definitely could have been a car ride with him having it in his clothes or pocket or behind him sitting down or possibly under leg while sitting down in car.
