But did you listen to psychic reverend donna seraphina read on this. I believe you both uploaded on the SAME day.(her &your first reads). She too says KG was target. She saw BK meet her in day time in a park but she didn’t like him romantically, also EC/XK killed first. But the wildest thing and it’s a question I have. You pulled on the killer a card with a gold apple. She saw him cut & eat an apple with the bloody knife. I’ve got 13 minutes left in this video & you pulled a “true crime” for roommates card saying behind bars (47:00). Saying ignore the words. Look at picture. Do the tarot cards ever give direct energy (I realize you have at least 3 different sets I’ve seen). Where the killer having the gold apple in hand….. could be “real” like she saw? Love you both. Especially one of the victims sisters, I am not sure which one exactly but I’m getting that one of the victims sisters is not sleeping like at all and is that type of angry that’s like being trapped on a hamster wheel and forced to keep running if that make sense, it’s very sad I feel for her 💕 and all of them obviously

I bet your feeling Alivea, Kaylees sister, she’s been the driving force behind it all since it happened. Even found the video of them coming home. They speak on behave of Maddie’s family and Ethan’s parents are very quiet, one interview to represent Ethan and that was it! They towed all the cars today and plan to release the scene. 💔

I just found you and it'd nuts how spot on you are. Knowing what we know now, it's nuts how spot on. I've been deep diving this case from day one and a lot of dots are connected or close to it and you have hit on several of my thoughts. Going to look at your Delphi file. I have a lot on that one and I'm from IN and only 2 hours away from there too Also the love triangle with Ethan and Xana...his parents said the rumors aren't true, there was no drugs or a love triangle. And now we have learned SO much about Dylan and Bethany

What I am about to state is not factual; it is alleged. I'm listening to your video and pausing to read articles. One of the questions that I asked the cards was, "Did Dylan invite the murderer to the house?" The cards said, "yes." Then, I read an article that stated that Dylan called Ethan's best friend that morning and that he was the one who came to the house and called 911. I asked the cards if Ethan's friend, the one who called 911, was the murderer. They said, "yes." They said yes twice.

Its so very sad and tragic for them all. They were so young and had their whole lives in front of them. The perpetrator didn't just take their young lives he took generations. The children grandchildren and great grandchildren that the victims would of created. When you take a minute to actually think in depth you realise how evil killing is. I really hope the perpetrator of these crimes receives the death penalty.

There was a call placed that night/early morning to the police Abt a noice from the residence of the 4 murder victims yes so maybe the two survivors did call police this is per the KZreadr truth and transparency she's amazing and has done so much work on this case and the videos and her info hits on point with what your saying omg

The constant changing of “it was targeted” and then “it wasn’t” by police makes me worried but also makes me feel like they are onto someone and trying to throw the person off - I believe they may be trying to catch the person trying to move / dispose of the weapon but I’ll check on this in my next reading. I believe the police know they’re dealing with a very intelligent individual and are trying to cross their t’s and dot their i’s so they have enough to get a conviction the first time around.

I can’t get past my feeling of Xana and Maddie meeting that guy at the vegan restaurant they both worked at. It would make sense for Ethan and Kaylee to be up there socializing and/or picking their friends up.

I feel that the two survivors heard something. I don't think they felt it was as horrific or even fatal. Maybe just fighting and they just stayed in their rooms and didn't want to get involved. I don't know if this makes sense.

Yeah I believe they heard something as well I read somewhere that they said they “heard shuffling around but locked the doors and went to sleep” which - not sure that info is 100% true and I can’t find the article now - but, I do feel they heard something, but just didn’t link the noise to ‘danger’. But then looking back in retrospect, they were likely like “oh crap that’s what that noise was.”

Nobody knows why it took them until noon to tell the police that a murder had occured.

I don't know about anybody else but do you find it weird that say he is the only killer but had help in some way. There for them somebody else would have some knowledge. So if he was going to commit the perfect crime and get away with it. Wouldn't most people think that if someone had knowledge of this.thats a big chance to take. In this case such as this it may take to the last minute but push come to shove someone may feel they have no choice. Really baffling. But per usual Ashley nailed it great job.

You are really good, I've watched another reading saying Ethan heard the girls scream, he went out to go upstairs. The killer fought with Ethan, that's why he was found on the hallway by the stairs. Xana woke up saw what was happening scream the killer went to her but she thought she was dreaming that's why she had defensive wounds.

I believe the girls stated the calls when they heard something downstairs and it like made them solidified in feeling uneasy from earlier in the night so they wanted company to sleep well, and I believe the calls stopped when the killer made his way upstairs. Almost like … if they perhaps thought the noise was Ethan or Xana but just that made them realize “hey I’m a little freaked out, let’s call him to come stay…” type of deal. My opinion though 💕

I am strongly feeling one killer - could be wrong but something is telling me that it's one person who wanted to only go after one target, was willing to settle for two since the girls were together but wasn't necessarily anticipating victims 3 & 4 (Xana and Ethan).
