Sir, Need your help as my cousin lost nearly 20 Lakhs rupees through an online part time job portal in which they used telegram to communicate and as you said in example they showed the money in their app We are trying to approach the national cyber security team and we are unaware of how to approach them it happened 4 days back this week. Yeah I too lost 88k in cyber fraud I complained in cyber police station it's been 8 months but didn't get the money back ,there is a lack of coordination between cyber police, police, court,bank and etc ....

Hi, this is my first comment on KZread. I watched the video fully without skipping, and it really created a lot of self-awareness. Now I am sharing my experience: Recently, I received a spam call from my ex-insurance company stating that my policy is set for auto-renewal and I hadn't paid the premium amount. I was really nervous at the time and went to my ex-insurance company. They said my policy had been successfully transferred to the new insurance company. It was a spam call; they hadn't made any such call, and auto-renewal had been stopped by the central government a year ago, so there was no need to worry. The next day, I received the spam call again, and this time I simply stated that auto-renewal had been stopped by the government, and they disconnected the call.
