Yes muffler delete is the only thing I did, and yes I had repainted the trim. The restoration stuff never worked up to how I liked so just painted it.

Jacob! Where did you get the exhaust tip! And what is it??? I have a Jeep 4.0 and I'm doing this to it and just need the tip. I've looked everywhere in my city and I can't find a 6 inch. All I can find is 4' then and 8' and bigger

Just a muffler delete and a 6in tip, still had a cat and completely stick motor other then a CAI.

mutant alien robot knight I mean I guess technically but they never bothered me it’s not any louder then muscle cars or diesel trucks in my area so I got left alone with no issue as long as you have a car to pass emissions.

V8 or straight 6?

@@jakes7394 I bought a glass pack for my jeep I still have the stock tail pipe but mine doesn’t sound as deep as yours do I have to get a different tailpipe for deeper sound??

@@zacklamont4839 yeah you definitely don’t have to go as big as I did on the tip, but believe it or not the tail pipe does make a difference. My exact set up was. -in-line 6 -stock Cat -muffler delete -6in tip. And not that it really matters but it did have a K&N cold air intake.

Brandon Essman Thanks man I ended up selling it and have a truck now. but it was just a muffler delete with cats. and a fat ass tip that tip actually has part to do with the sound the actual tone it makes it deeper.

Brandon Essman you don't necessarily have to do a 6in tip that's just what sounded the best to me, really sounded nice only time it got winny was at high rpm if you pinned it
