Thanks for stopping by and checking out this super inexpensive way to store your ribbon! Don't forget to like the video if it was helpful for you and subscribe for more crafty tutorials in the future! Thanks!
Love this idea. I'd like to try putting the curtain rods on pegboard. I live in an apartment, so I need renter friendly options.
Thank you sooooooo much! I was looking at an $18 option that I wasn’t even sure would work!!!!

Glad I could help! Thanks for watching! :)
This is brilliant! I have been trying to figure out how to organize my ribbon with easy access (did not want them on rods or spools) and still be able to see them all. Going to try it and see how it goes!

Thank you for subscribing! I am glad you enjoyed the video. It really does take up so much space! :)
What a great use of space as well as prominently displaying the ribbons in an attractive way! Inexpensive too. Thanks for sharing (and the bloopers at the end were funny 🤣).

Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed the bloopers too. I couldn't resist adding those in there since they were just so funny! :)
Friendly suggestion: Go ahead and hang one curtain rod bracket, then with curtain rod attached to the mounted bracket, measure and balance where you want/need to put the other bracket. And you only really have to mark one hole (top or bottom) and once you have one end of your bracket secured, you can stick a level on the side of your bracket to see how you wanna line it up (if you want it to be extremely accurate) 😉..... but thank you so much for sharing! I'm actually using this technique for everything in my tiny home right now. (Crafts, pan lids, shoes etc) They're really cheap, and easy to use and save a ton of space and money! ❤

You're welcome! Thanks for watching! 💜
If you only have a narrow space, you could mount the curtain rod vertically, and put your rolls of ribbon on the curtain rod (separate rod, and slide roll onto rod) and then just unwind ribbon from the rod and pin back in place as needed

I don't understand. Can you explain another way?
@jerrib.1748

@@thequeenb8404 hang the curtain rod vertically, and separate it, same as you would if you were slipping a curtain panel over one end, and then just put it back together. Now, if you needed to take the ribbon off the rod frequently, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're able to work from that space, then just unroll amounts of ribbon, cut and pin back into place. Because, if you have to remove the spool of ribbon frequently, then you will be separating the rod every time. And those little buck- 50 rods would probably wear out quick ya know what I mean

@@thequeenb8404 I hope I've explained it a little better. I can see things in my head, but when it comes time to verbally explain it, I'm kinda all over the place lol I'm sorry for that

@@thequeenb8404 When I said separate rod, I didn't mean a whole nother rod. I meant to pull it apart. Separate. I'm sorry. I just reread what I put, and I realized how it sounded
Found your video as Im hunting for ribbon storage ideas. I thought you were going to use rods different. What about tension rods??

I'm not sure if those would have worked for such a long area. This works for me and holds any that may be too heavy for a tension rod. Could work well though!
