Thank you for your review. I have a 2016 fully loaded S3. I traded in my 2013 S4 for it. I am the former owner of a 2010 S4 and a 2008 Audi TT 225 hp. Nothing that I have owned beats the interiors of Audis. The S4s had better interiors. I really love my S3 and intend on keeping it for about 4 years. Here in Canada nothing beats the quattro with winter tires. Anyway got to go. Take care. Cheers from a Canadian fan.

Love the S3. I actually thought about getting one before i bought my 2014 Evo X GSR. More than happy with my Evo, since she's a beast after the amount of blood sweat and tears have gone into her, but still looking for a nice relaxing luxury car and this is definitely on my list. Awesome review!!

Really like the S3. Great motor, and nice clean interior. I've gone back and forth between the S3, BMW M235i, Mercedes Benz CLA45AMG or second gen CTS-V as my next ride. I love my boosted LS3 C6, but kinda want a German sports sedan/coupe as more of a daily. My Vette rattles my bones, and you definitely feel every imperfection while on the road. It's a true drivers car in every sense of the word. Followed this dude on Instagram for months.. great clean car. Definitely tastefully modded both internally and externally. Love the green wrap!

I was about to say that you got a new subscriber from Brazil but... I was already subscribed.. lol. Fantastic video, I would only say that I missed acceleration scenes from outside.. Cheers.

when i used to work at Audi i gotta admit the s3 was fun even bone stock, my favorite i gotta say is the RS3 even though i didnt drive one, for obvious reasons lol

great looking car. I just got an S3 coming from a '16 Camaro SS and '16 M3. the S3 is a fun little car for my short commute. looking forward to taking it to the track. it obviously isn't quite an animal like the previous 2 but it's a nice place to be. biggest thing I don't like so far is the seat should go lower. otherwise it's fun

They are sick! I would love to get an Audi someday. Too bad when you were out in Utah you didn't have a chance to check out Integrated Engineering. If I were to get an Audi, I would get all of their parts. They offer all bolt ons and even big turbo upgrades. Super high quality too.

Wraps are getting so good now they almost look like real paint(at least on video) I remember when you could only get ones that looked like you sprayed it with a rattle can.

actually its the other wsy around: the golf uses an audi engine... mqb platform including audi s3 8v / golf 7r / leon cupra use the ea888 gen3 engine which was developed by Audi

MRC S3 here by us(South Africa) is running a 10second quarter mile with just bolt ons. The TTRS is doing 9s

How would you compare it with a mustang? I have a 2013 GT/CS that I get to use 6 months of the year if i'm lucky (I live in Calgary, Canada). I test drove a 2010 audi S4 a year ago and quite enjoyed it. I know i'd probably miss the V8 sound but how would you compare the S3 with a 5.0 mustang? Also would you get the S3 manual or paddleshift?

Awesome S3! There is a company called Pfaff that will do an Audi ECU upgrade without voiding warranty. Favourite Audi is the C6 S6 with that big V10.

just about any german car magazine I know came to the conclusion that even the RS3 is slower on track than a Golf R. Where do I find the track test where it's the other way round?

Bought 2015 s3 with 56kmiles in 2020. I love this car... I've yet to mod it and i feel it's hella fast. Only upgrade is 19x9.5 wheels. And im gonna go ECU and TCU software tune. And probably just enjoy it. It comes 292hp stock. Lmao...

Do you go with APR or IE tuning? I heard APR stop making downpipe for Audi S3 and had someone else suggest to either go with IE or Unitronic? Hows your experience have been? Im looking to purchase 1 soon as well when it becomes available in a Nano Grey as that color is just very astonishing to look at...

@@vincentv1790 I went with COBB accesport 93oct high boost. And new rs3 coil packs and rs7 sparks. Now just some front and rear bushings and front intercooler..should be fine

Great review man!! This car looks really tastefully molded. Probably one of the nicest looking S3's I've seen. I'd still rather have the Golf R though. It's cheaper than the Audi with the same performance and more practical with the hatchback. I hate that Audi killed the A3 hatch. Could you review a new Golf R perhaps to compare the two vehicles?

+John Petito I currently own a MK7 GTI with Performance Pack. My previous car was an 06 Audi A3 sportback. To be honest, the VW gives up very little to the Audi. When I say that I am comparing new GTI vs new A3 sedan. I test drove both vehicles and yes the Audi is nicer, but not 8k nicer than the VW when equally equipped. What is nice about owning and Audi is the quality of service you get. When I had my A3 in for services, getting a loaner vehicle was no problem. At a VW dealer, they get all wide eyed when you ask for a loaner vehicle. LOL!!

I know its an old comment, as far as cheaper golf r than audi s3, not nowadays. The golf r is a good $8k to $10k more.

@@LOUCABRASI You are not comparing them equally. A 2022 Golf R basically comes fully loaded at $44K. To get a comparable S3, you are well past $55K or more. So yes, the Golf R is better value for your dollar. But for some folks, the Audi badge matters more.

I have a question maybe you or someone in the comment section can help. I just bought a 2016 s3 and I love the stance and look of the suspension on this car in this video. I heard you mention that this Audi comes with dynamic magnetic suspension. How can I achieve this look without messing up or taking out the electronic suspension that comes with it. I know it would be easy to throw in a set of coilovers and springs but I don't want to sacrifice ride quality or the ability to change the modes on the cars computer. Thanks in advance to anybody who can help out a fellow Audi owner.

my boy just got one, its such a great car, insane breaks, great speed, totally a drivers car for what it is.

2.0 Litres and 390 wheel. WOW! more than the 5.0 coyote yet 3 litres smaller. Turbos are just fabulous!

My boss actually has a EG civic with 321hp at the wheels with 291lbs/ft of torque with a naturally aspirated honda engine from a S2K. Was in the british Banzai magazine as the first civic in the UK with a K22 block in it :D

s2k engine is a F20 or F22c depending on which s2000 :) no such engine as a k22, other then a k20 being stroked to a 2.2 but its not a s2k motor,

I have a 2015 Audi S5 coupe which had the same engine as your old S4. Do you like the S3 more than your S4? Is it more reliable as a daily? I am debating if I should trade in my car for the S3. Thanks in advance.

Seems like an all around great package. Especially if you live where it rains or snows. I only have 2 issues with the car. $50+k for a 2.0 turbo AWD small car.. It is basically just a Golf R powertrain right? Reliability would be the second concern.. I just feel that you could get an Evo X and still have $25+k to play with or spend on a house etc.. I know for a fact this S3 stock would be a better car for long trips compared to the Evo X and obviously more comfortable and modern amenities. Hmmm I think the S4 offers more performance per dollar, but then again the S4 is only up 33hp over the S3..

Great review. If I can make a request I'd love to see a Focus RS.

The excellent news. Maybe after holding out a couple months on reviews and what not maybe i'll considering getting one. Right now still cruising in a Mazdaspeed 6. It's getting old and the miles are stacking up. Thinking of replacing it and after seeing this review of the Audi S3 it's something I may consider. Just looking for a solid AWD daily driver.

I love the Audi S3. I own one. My fear of Tuning it is, a shorter life of the vehicle. I wish I knew perspectively how short that would be. I did do the muffler delete. It makes a world of difference.

it may be quicker, but not quicker around the track due to the wider wheel base on the s3. as stated in the video.

Really great engine. I had a TTS APR Stage 2 and that ran 12.7 1/4 miles and 4.0s to 60.. Got the proof on my channel! Great review too!

Beautiful car and that wrap is gorgeous. Only thing I would say is that the owner put a nice cf deck spoiler and a diffuser. Why not put a nice cf front lip as well to sort of complement the whole carbon fiber accent from front to back. Just my two cents.
