  No it's not because once you get to Moonrise the main story of defeating the 3 is exactly the same regardless. Being evil/durge just means you have no allies at the end and outside of Shadowheart, Astarion and Minthara you will have to resort to hirelings to fill your party.

  if you want to close range heal or use help on downed without using most of your turn you can always place a heal pot next to them and attack it with a bonus action. spore druids can also do this with halo of spores to heal using a reaction

  "I can't...I have to take my turn in this?!?" Is why I messed up this fight the first time because honestly the epic music had me flustered and I couldn't wrap my mind around the fight mechanics. Second time I came in hot with explosives on those soul pillars, and restraining spells on Raphael. Fight was easy second time around.

  looks like i was incorrect, just watched someone steal the idol prior to stopping the ritual in a solo run. They grabbed it and went to camp before anyone noticed it was missing.

  Tbh they should have just had him be at the entrance with the steel watch, and if you have wyll in your party or something in cutscene he lets you through if you dont resist arrest

  Hit chance mightve gone down because of the worm ability. Iirc one of the very first ones gives you an extra proficiency bonus to hit the first time you hit an enemy, or something similar.

  Big fail-safe NPC energy! first time i saw him i assumed my game had bugged and not registered i saved Wyll's father. Though I had stolen Duke Ravengard's clothes and +2 charisma Sword so maybe he wasn't up for public speaking 😂

  always cool to see how different groups take on this fight, my last run i used a swords bard with the Act 2 force hand crossbow to take out pillars and a Frost mage Gale who ignored resistances to take out all the Mobs
