I think all Building Authorities, including QBCC and VBA should include this series as a basic training for building practitioners

Awesome Project and great way to brief everything briefly but clearly to the point. Being a beginner, I would have loved if you explain all the materials you are using, including the wood etc, what grade and what kind of treatment did it have. I would also love to see a similar series on things to look out for when building a home, at each stage of the house. Keeping in mind the house inspection items checked by a house inspector.

Great Video. It would be handy if you could update the description with the details of all products used on this job. I am newstarter to this industry. Going to do Cert III in Waterproofing. Should I also consider Cert III in Tiling or is there sufficient work available for people with waterproofing skills

Can this be used for a covered outdoor deck, with outdoor carpet tiles on top? Our decks boards need replacing. We will be using the area a lot. We would like something other than wooden boards or any of the composite plastic materials. We are in Adelaide.

It is very hard to push as the brush wants to run over you! Any tips?? I know some people take the guard off, or spin the guard around, and spin the brush upside down. That way the brush is turning away from you.

Great tips and video , Is it essential you have to glue this engine oak down or can you just lay it over waterproof foam underlay thats going on this concrete slab ? and then just PVA glue each tongue and groves on each plank as you go and the heavy weight keeps boards from moving and still do the 10 mm expansion gaps around skirts and arch's and silicon between bathroom threshold the same as you are doing . Is this an alternate method or a big no you must glue down ? be great to hear your view .

Do you think I can use this to make some small curves? Will it accept a router bit, of which I already have too? i also have a Dremel for other reasons.
