  ugh i have such an issue with people being like “there’s no health benefits from a salad with too much stuff” or whatever. like the nutrients in the vegetables are just magically cancelled out by the excessive dressing. what people really mean is that it’s not low calorie bc diet culture has made us idealize salads in that manner. there are still plenty of nutrients in that salad that are going to help fuel your body, even if it is more calorie dense

  Ilford Barking, Manor Park, East Ham, Forest Gate, Plaistow, Leyton... most people have never been there, and there are major reasons for that!

  I noticed this place last time I visited kew gardens and I took a picture of it so I would look it up later and maybe add it to my list of places to visit. Now I really have to try it. 😊
