How is it different from code interpreter?

The Code Interpreter does just that, it interprets your input and writes its own code. Julius does that, but so much more. You can add flow to the documents and outputs, develop new processes, and edit graphs on the fly. The best part, by far, is that Julius writes consistent code by using advanced reasoning and then downloads all the necessary libraries before attempting to write the code. Thus, it writes the code the same, every time. CI does not do that.
