Hi and welcome to my channel Smart Home Solutions i'm a smart home enthusiast and based in the uk. I have been setting up my smart home for quite a while now so have collected quite a collection of smart home devices over this time.
I have taken down a lot of my 3d designs from cults 3d as I’m the process of setting up to print and sell the actual items rather than the design sorry for any inconvenience.

Where can I get it? Does it leave the speakers free? And hide the charger cable?
I 3d printed it myself and yes it does hide the charge cable as for the speakers not sure as don’t have them on for what I use it for
@@smarthomesolutionsuk The Echo Hub seems very expensive to me for what it is and I have a Fire Tablet that I found out can be used as an Echo Show; therefore as an Echo Hub but to make it look like one, I had a question about whether the speakers can be heard and if the cable is hidden.

I purchased this off your referenced website, but when printed by a third party 3d printer, it proved quite brittle, and the clamp end clip broke off when fitting. Is there any guidance on how to prevent this breakage, in terms of how to fit the clamp, or what material to use for the 3d printing? Thanks.

I printed mine with 20 percent infill in pla and always seem quite strong and never had 1 break. People have purchased a few of these and had no issues. Check your infill setting to see what it’s set to or could be bad filament
I have temporarily taken this down from the site to see if you can sort this issue if it’s not any of the settings then could be the printer. If you don’t have any luck let me know and I’ll refund your money but don’t think it’s the stl file as not had any issues with it from other buyers
You have to take in air somewhere which will be hot so this doesn't help much
This is a portable air con this is to vent the hot air through the wall from the unit to the outside

did you glue it or you just set it on a soundbar?
I 3d printed an adjustable mount that bolts onto the back of my tv bracket and then holds the camera up
@@smarthomesolutionsuk would mounting the camera under tv make it more accurate?
Not sure just looked less ugly than being on top of my tv
I live in the USA and want to do this. This looks so much better than the ready-made solutions on Amazon. Do you have any suggestions for how I could go about having that made here?
If you know someone with a 3d printer you can just get them to print it for you

3d printed funnels seem okay until the powder you move get stuck in the layer gaps. Sand and conformal coating would be an idea 💡
Seems a bit laggy. I'm wondering if it's Fully Kiosk Browser or the hardware
Fully kiosk does sometimes have a few moments where it freezes and runs slow

Still unsure if I’m going to keep using fully kiosk as some times can be a pain and plays up and have 10 of these in my house so not cheap

This is a home assistant Dashboard that’s running on an Amazon fire tablet HD8 and using fully kiosk to control the tablet and a custom 3d printed tablet mount.

No they are calex strip lights there really cheap so was just testing how it looked with them but when finished will be using govee or aqara I think
Decided to go with Govee M1 matter strip lights will post a video once completed

The reason I don’t share my designs is people start selling them so the best way to make sure this doesn’t happen is not to share them

@@smarthomesolutionsuk you should sell them yourself. I would definitely buy one. I haven’t been able to find a mount solution for this anywhere online. I guess the next best thing is to buy a set of J hooks, though, that isn’t as good as what you have made.

I was almost at my limit of 50 devices so purchased a 2nd hub
