LANGERS BOATING ADVENTURES
LANGERS BOATING ADVENTURES
Follow me as I take our Jeanneau merry fisher boat out across the seas & rivers of the uk for fun and adventure , learn what its like to own a boat , maintain a boat and everything else that goes with running a boat, after the merry fisher I would like to upgrade to a 40ft + boat to start doing some international trips

I have same boat, 110bhp, I couldn’t get more than 14nts, any idea? The engine seems very healthy and revs really well
@@alsilawisami 14knts is about right 👍🏻
How did you manage to forget that stuff? 😂
Mmmmmmmmmmmm what about license
Well done, I get to practice solo launching and docking quite often as well. Cheers from over the pond 🤙
37 hours of use per year?! In Florida you might do that on a slow week.
What sort of business did you sell & what you going to do now more boating Keep videos coming 😊
Hey mark was a telecoms company
@@langersboating474 nice one ☝️ keep the videos coming especially with your new boat gives us all confidence 💪

"The RED port should be LEFT on the table."
I love the way you comment on all the power boats but not one mention of all the lovely sail boats...😊
Way cheaper than renting a place
What boat you have and the lenght? Please. Thank you
Do you need to legally have lessons / do courses or have a licence ? Thanks
Always best to do at least a level 2 powerboat license
Always best to do at least a level 2 powerboat license
Brilliant, thanks for sharing this. My wife and I are thinking about a first boat having moved to Chichester this year. I found this video really interesting.
Wow can you do a cost breakdown of the new boat please? also do you need a license to go out on the sea? Final question...if you go into a port for a day or 2 somewhere else e.g. france how much does that cost? Great videos!
You should get at least a day skippers licence for one of these in my opinion
Before we start..marina, insurance is rip off
Good one and it's so beautiful
That was really helpful thanks.
Great job !
I used to be moored on the Hamble with a boat the same size. I now have my boat at home on the trailer and have always maintained it myself. Just the saving on mooring costs pays for 2 years fuel 😮
Hi, thanks for the video. Can you start a trip like google maps, and when you get there, does it say you have arrived at your destination, or do you have to manually follow the yellow line sorry, I am new to this
It works just like google maps
Absolutely stunning. A dream come true. Enjoy.
Hello, Iv to do the same thing. Can you remember what sender you bought? Size and type? Also how did you get the old screws out as can’t get a bit on the back screws! Thanks
Hope you're ok , looking forward to more blogs it's been awhile.
Wow. Congratulations. Quite the step up from the merry fisher. Beautiful boat 👍
I'm looking at getting an 805 merry fisher. I know you've bought a new boat since this but would you recommend it personally?
The new boat is brilliant, i wish you all the best for the future, can't wait wait for your new adventures
Thanks David , Guernsey Trip soon so will be documenting that one
Will that work in the Ocean?
thanks yours share , I Just help my friend buy a 20ft new boat cost about 15.9k, I will share it in my channel .
Wow, that's some upgrade!
Love this. It's my dream to own a Merry Fisher but at the moment we couldn't live further away from the coast!
Hi thank you very much for information. You said insurance Could you please tell me full comprehensive cost 250 per annum or third party?
Hi there I think the premium was around £350 per year
@@langersboating474 thank you 😊
What an absolute beauty
Beautiful boat my man
Thanks bud
Not jealous at all. She's stunning! Is that swanwick marina? Love kayaking along the hamble. Maybe one day I'll be able to have a boat up there 🤞 looking forward to more videos 😁
Thanks Tom , yep swanwick Marina , lots of paddle boarders around there isn’t there
Great video and drone footage. Not easy to pilot the boat and the drone at the same time hey...cheers from Canada 🤙
No pretty hard lol , just checked out your channel great videos 🙂
@LANGERS BOATING ADVENTURES Thanks, we did put the videos on the back burner as we were building our new home, but looking forward to documenting a few upcoming trips. Cheers 🤙
I think the Aquaholic wave is essential for any boat tour! Looks great
Nice. How far have you been in her?
Swanwick to Weymouth is the furthest so far , just having a service then plan to head to Channel Islands soon
@@langersboating474 So a more comfortable trip to Weymouth than your last one in the Merry fisher! Hope all goes well with your cross channel adventure.
Fair play to you mate looks great
cheers super dooper xx
Well done for the solo trip. You drink my favourite ha ha
Looks a great boat. I'm currently toying with either a Merry Fisher or a RIB but as we are looking to move to the Highlands or possibly Orkney, I think something like the Fisher with a roof and windows is a better option lol :)
Congratulations. She is beautiful.👍
I wanted a boat for years, but I'm the kinda guy that craps in paper takeaway bags and breathes in the 'scent'
its amazing what you can achieve with hard work and studying at school , well done mate
I agree with the hardwork bit but didn’t do very well at school lol
