  Hi for this recipe, it’s a store bought puff pastry sheet( as mentioned in the title). You can easily get this in any super market frozen section.

  The dough doubled in size first time but then when i kneaded it for the second time and placed it in the air fryer, the size didn't increase as much. Less than double i would say. After baking the crust was fine but the inside was undercooked. What went wrong?

  I am so sorry for that. Just checking did you use the exact measurement as specified? And did you use bread flour or self raising flour. For mine I had used bread flour. Maybe next time you can reduce the temperature of your oven and cook at 160deg first. The gentle temperature might work for the overall bread.

  @@s.s.969 Hope it turns out good for you too. Just remember to use warm milk with the yeast ( not too hot nor too cold) and I also figured out after a lot of trial and error that the Pav is yummier when you knead the dough a lot:)
